Beautiful ring. Arrived very quickly. Packaging was lovely which is great because it was bought for a Christmas present. Adjustable size works really well.

Got a bag as a present from my BF, but be aware with this website, shipping took a while and the photos of the model are taken from a insta profile (Anna.Wein) and obvs it’s a dupe, with the logo of the “duped” brand on the bag, even though the OG is £300+. It’s not a problem, but be aware if it’s something you care about that the photos probably aren’t theirs!

I am still struggling in talking to their support team about sending me the wrong order. I order 2 bags, received 1 and the wrong one. I am struggling to receive my refund now. Can you please speed up the process of refund? Thanks order 11007.

I ordered 2 rings at the begining of Decemeber so I would have these for Christmas. One was personalised, which i paid more for. 2 rings arrived today, one of which was not what I ordered, and both personalosed with completely different names. Wish I'd never bothered to be honest as its been a huge disappointment!

Ich warte seit Wochen auf die Lieferung meiner Bestellung, ich erhalte keine Informationen mehr, keine Antwort mehr auf meine Nachfragen. Seit Anfang Dezember liegt das Paket laut Sendungsverfolgung an einem Ort, und es tut sich nichts mehr. Sehr unseriöses Verhalten! Ich versuche weiter, in Kontakt zu kommen, um die Sache aufzuklären und an das Paket zu kommen, aber seitens Ariadné gibt es keinerlei Bemühungen!

I ordered a handbag for my wife and she absolutely loved it. The leather finish is good.

Ordered at beginning of December and it’s still not arrived. Despite saying they process orders every 30minutes. Customer services just fob you off and blame the busy period.

Hi, I bought my daughter a brown slouch handbag for her birthday and within 8 weeks, the material started peeling. I emailed to complain but have not heard back. She can no longer use the bag!

Ordered a bag on 1/12/25 and I still haven’t received it. Yodel were the delivery company but seem to have lost it mid journey. Have had multiple emails with the Ariadne with several autogenerated replies all saying the same thing; they will look into it. They have been no help at all. Feel like they may be scammers! Watch out people don’t use them. Delivery from China as well, which is not evident on the website.

Does not even deserve one star. Ordered on 25/11 still not received it after nearly a month. Had the usual response from ‘Katie’ who said she was personally going to make sure it would be delivered by 19/12. That date has been and Gone and still not received it. Sent 3 emails to cancel but i ended up having to go though my bank for a refund. Avoid at all costs they are clearly scammers!

Made a purchase with this company ARIADNÉ on Dec 8. Received tracking that was fraudulent. Reached out several times, only to be giving incorrect statements about where the item was located. It remained in Illinois since the beginning. I will report to business review sites.

I placed an order on the website on 28 November and have still not received my item. I have contacted the company several times and was provided with tracking information that has not updated. The items have not yet been dispatched. I will wait one more week, after which I will contact my bank to request a refund if the matter is not resolved.

We realised we’d made a mistake in our order and reached out to the company who have responded promptly and compassionately and helped us to correct the error before it was too late. A lot of companies would just say ‘tough’ and insist on us having to start again. Much appreciated! 👍😊

Ordered an item on 25/11/2025, 10 days had received nothing so I chased. Received an email from ‘Katie’ and now keep on getting lots of updates which seems to show the package on numerous flights and arriving at ‘processing hubs’ but it never gives the location. It is now 14/12/2025 and no delivery. Tracking says it is at another ‘processing hub’.Do not waste your money as this is either a scam company or they take far too long to deliver. Giving it another 5 days then going to ask for a refund - given other reviews I think that it unlikely to happen! So many of these companies popping up on Facebook - I now look at reviews on Trust pilot as so many of them are scams.

Placed 2 orders with the Ariadne company recently. Texted them with a problem about an incorrect shipping address I gave them. They got back to me promptly
& were going to solve my problem.
Very good company customer service!
I will definitely use them again.

Ich habe da leider eine Tasche bestellt,die nicht der Abbildung entsprach. Ich wollte Sie zurückgeben. der Verkäufer hat mir folgendes Angebot gemacht: 25% des Kaufpreises zurückgeben und die Tasche durfte ich behalten oder 60% des Preises als Gutschein.
Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, so was Betrügerisches.

Avoid this company! I have just received my delivery over 3 weeks after placing the order . I had multiple ‘updates’ informing me it was on various flights and then it was with the courier but it still didn’t arrive. I was even told a free gift had been added to the order as an apology for the delay but no sign of that either. I ended up having to buy a replacement bag for my daughter’s birthday as this one didn’t arrive in time.

This site is a scam, I ordered over a month ago gave me false tracking details that never seem to update then don't refund your money. They told me refund will be process then said there was an error. DO NOT buy from here as they do not deliver goods and do not refund you will have to do it through your bank.
