Avoid!!!!concrete never turned up was booked in for 8am called 10x was told it was on way 3pm no mix called again then it turned up 24hrs later. Ordered 14m3 they dropped off 8 and said it was the full amount mix was poor left mess on road which they never cleaned. Never again

promised a Saturday delivery emailed at 1 minute to their office closing on the Friday to say no delivery will be coming tomorrow. wrong phone number on their email to call back and office had closed. We are 5 weeks since the cancellation and still NO REFUND. Ignoring all emails and calls. i have had to report to my credit card provider.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

Company couldn’t deliver so offered a refund which I’m still waiting for nearly 2 months later no communication every time I get some different excuse and a different date promised it’s wrong a company can keep such a large amount of money for so long without doing something about it avoid this company at all costs absolutely the worst I’ve had to deal with

Service very poor, 6 hours delay and admitted of misleading me, meter on the mixer not working and stopped pouring what i paid and the driver asked for cash trying to blackmail me, had prove and manager and the team very disappointing, 20 years in business the worse i have dealt with. keep way from them

I cancelled my order within an hour or so of purchasing but still waiting for my refund - over 22 days and counting. They have informed me it'll be ANOTHER WEEK. This is totally unacceptable for any company to hold onto customers money for so long. Their terms are 14 working days, so they are now in breach of contract. No email responses at all. No call backs. Absolutely appalling service - having read the reviews, I should have known to avoid.
I am starring one as can't go any lower, just like the poor standards of this terrible company. AVOID.

This it’s the sh..it company ever you don’t use it’s telling you one price and when it’s doing the payment it’s double and very poor service ever, you don’t use this company you will be disappointed.

Rather wish we had checked reviews before ordering.

Promised a Sat morning delivery, they rang us two days later to cancel, promised card refund, week later when chased, it’s approved, within next 7days. Wasn’t so chased, email saying problems in refunding, within next 14days. Nothing….reported as Misrepresentation fraud to my card issuer.

We had booked 2 deliveries, the first was over an hour after the latest possible time given. The second came once site was already closed at nearly 6pm. On the first pour they advised that 12m3 was poured which was no where near and as the screen on the wagon was broken it could not be proved either way. The second delivery was cancelled due to being far too late. We were refunded the difference between the full order and the supposed 12m3 delivered however we only required 7.5m3 per house and their delivery didn't even complete one house so was clearly less than 5m3. They refuse to refund anymore.

Vicky popped by this morning to pour my DIY driveway. Absolutely amazing lady, mucked in a bit (not too long as she understandably had a busy day) when she spotted me on my own doing it and a little out of my depth. Also really impressive reversing skills in my cul-de-sac! 100% happy, she's a credit to the the company, really cannot thank her enough.

Our experience was really good. Yes delivery was few hours late, but they was really apologetic about it, and it was due to a customer before us taking 3 hours to wheelbarrow his concrete. They communicated with us about the delay. We did order 5 m3 concrete and a pump, and 3 guys which arrived was really helpful and pretty much done all the job for us, we needed it to pour in 40m3 area and they poured it where we needed and how we needed in 30-40min. Concrete is really good quality and easy to work with.

Yes very very poor service.cancelled the concrete with in 1 hour of ordering it still waiting for refund been 21days. customer service said that the refund payment service was down, so will have to wait 14 days more. do not order from them or pay for concrete before delivery.

1 Star is far too many. The delivery as nearly 2 hours later than the window requested. The mess left behind is frankly disgusting and their "customer service" doesnt care in the slightest. I paid over the odds for using an agent, which has devlivered poor service and terrible results. The operative asked for a shovel and receptical to put excess which I gave him - of which he took about 10%(which was dumped in the trench leaving it uneven, which TCN seem to think is aceptable - even though there are mounds of spoil on site) the rest was dumed on the road and this is acceptable. I've used Readymix for the last 30 years and I've never seen such a horrific disregard for their service. I wish I had seen their reviews before hand, it seems Im not the only one with them. The mess they have caused both on the road and with my neighbours is proving qute problematic - thanks TCN and Southern Concrete Pumping!

Very poor service. Wanted to cancel the order due to weather,while other suppliers did operate noramlly.
The concrete was delievered ,but they did not have a clue it was done and stated another lorry is on the way ...
still owe me refund for 1.4m3.Sent an email to Freyja Wilson-Leys however no reply

i think you should avoid picking up small jobs as too much hassle for you and unhappy customers inevitable

The screed was delivered with 4/5 hours delays, instead morning delivery arrived at 1pm( in the meantime I spoke with the office guy several times from 9am I tried to find out what time exactly the lorry will show up?and he’s just replying at every time that the driver is on the way and will arrive in next 20min - really dishonest person) finally at 1 pm my screed arrived- lots of ballast ( half of tone ) was shutting first and then screed which should be with fibre ( extra charge) the driver had only on small bag 150g for all 3.7 cubic meters , I asked him if he got more but he’s tried convince me that this bag will be enough ( disaster) .Finally he didn’t deliver enough screed because we covered only 38sq meters of floor where thickness was maximum 70mm and some areas 65mm so I have to buy more screed and finish my job next day.Hugely disappointing experience , worst company I ever used. I learn my lesson and I never even get anything from them.

Driver didn’t know how to operate the machine. Turned up in sandals belly hanging out barely spoke English
Next day they took additional £400 out of my account for time delays which occurred due to him not having a clue. Would avoid at all costs terrible company

Prices are way higher than other providers, and the reason is that they contracted 3rd party providers.
Those 3rd-party providers were clueless about the job that I originally contacted the concrete network about

the concrete mixer came with less than the quantities required. and I had t wait for 3 hours for them to bring the rest of the quantity.

We used The Concrete Network for the first time. We prepaid for 1.5 cubic meters of concrete of which never arrived to site. We have chased many a time for our refund of which relates to about £500 and we still have not received these funds back.
