Didn’t give the service I was promised…
Didn’t give the service I was promised and then sent me an extra bill 3 weeks later even thou you have to pay upfront before they deliver …. I’m waiting for a reply as I have complained let’s see what happens.

Avoid this unprincipled and incompetent company at all costs As seems to be so many peoples…
As seems to be so many peoples experience our concrete delivery was considerably late in arriving. This caused us considerable extra expense in that we had to pay labourers for their time standing waiting for the delivery. The concrete network choose to completely ignore this but very quickly demand extra payment for the delivery taking longer than expected. In addition to this their customer service is very poor with very tardy responses. Finally, I would say that they show no intention to improve their service,irrespective of what they say, for surely they would have done so by now after so many appalling reviews. I COULDN'T RESIST THE OPPORTUNITY, WHEN GIVEN TO ME, TO EDIT MY REVIEW. ALL I WILL SAY IS READ THE COMPANIES' RESPONSE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AND READ THE RESPONSE TO EVERYBODY ELSE'S REVIEW, IS THIS A STANDARD UTTERLY MEANINGLESS RESPONSE OR WHAT??

I have been due a refund for over two…
I have been due a refund for over two weeks and been totally ignored. I have emailed the relevant employees of this company and had one response Saying. ‘I’m back in the office on the 3rd of January’. Poor customer service. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Massively over priced for 1.2m3 when…
Massively over priced for 1.2m3 when challenged about the price I was told it was because it’s a small mix .foreign drivers turned up unable to speak English or communicate with them .And then damaged the neighbours grass verge.Never again for me

This was a total rip off.
This was a total rip off.
Only 5.5 cm delivered which I reported to your office on the following morning, and was assured a refund would be arranged for the undelivered amount.A week later I contacted The Concrete Network only to be told that no refund would be available. As the delivery is carried out be a third party. What a joke

Delivery was meant to be between 8-10…
Delivery was meant to be between 8-10 didn't turn up till half one. Every time I called got to its 10 min away. Then they got the supplying company to call me and when they did I asked where my concrete was they told me they had ferried it to someone else. Wasn't impressed lost half a day onsite when I could of been doing something else.

service not there on time
service not there on time. Late whole day. I have taken day off work and paid for two additional people to help with the work. After a few hours of waiting, I have phoned the company and I was told someone will get back to me. Only after 3rd phone call, someone got back to me to say pump is delayed but at the end pump did not turn up. Ater 4:30PM I was suggested to rearrange it for next day. I would use a local company rather than call centre next time.

Although there was a glitch in delivery, you still got the concrete to me in time to lay before serious rain and darkness ,for which I am grateful. Also site was difficult to reach ,but driver was superb , Happy Christnas

yes it was late…
The delivery was later than schedule time slot, but this was the only problem as everything was very good, but when you have engineers waiting in anticipant of a delivery between at 9am & 11pm and the delivery arrives at 11.20am,

Bad, expensive experience
They showed up well outside of the two hour delivery window they'd given me. This meant the people that I had to help me were no longer around so it took me longer, and I was then assessed a wait time charge of over £200, even though I'd arranged everything I was supposed to. (Not to mention the fact that we had to pour the concrete in the dark since they didn't arrive until after 4:30pm) Would not recommend at all.
