Contacted concrete network on the…
Contacted concrete network on the Monday of this week and they said yes to can deliver this week and would be between 1& 3 on the 25th November which we was happy with and agreed .
My father then got a phone call on the 23rd to say are we ok to have the delivery on the 24th or it would not be until the following week , we ended up agreeing that we would sort this for between 1& 3 pm on the 24th .
Our problem was the footings were 2ft under water after heavy rain and needed to pump out.
We got 3 of us down there on the Thursday and with various problems got all ready for 1 pm just in case on time .
We had 3 lads who waited after a phone call we made at 2.30 to see how they was doing to say it would be a hour late ??
First lorry arrived at 4.20 , second near 5 & third at 5.20 & we now had to sort lights for both footings .
The positive was the drivers and concrete was spot on and both helped us to not moan more than this review .
We need lorry loads yet of concrete and will make us think again with regards to who to use .

Turned up a day and a half late at…
Turned up a day and a half late at great expense to our company as the men were stood idle . Them charged a delivery fee which they had waived when quoting the work . Also charged more per cubic metre for the concrete than quoted . Not good at all

This company appear to have changed from their previous 1 star profile on Trust Pilot to this new one. I ordered floor screed from them and they promised a morning delivery slot for a few days later. On the morning of the stated delivery I got a call stating the 'wagon had broken down'. When I then called the office they stated it was a 'batching issue'. If you are going to make up a story at least make sure it is consistent. I had three people waiting to receive this delivery and had to pay them for a full day. I was then offered a delivery the following day but it would cost an extra £240. that's right I was going to have to pay extra to get my delivery a day late. I cancelled and was advised my refund would take 14 days. I am still waiting for a refund and when I chased this up the story was changed to 14 working days. Do yourself a favour and avoid using this company at all costs. Their reviews and ratings on both their old and new page speak for themselves. *EDIT* It is now 16 working days since my order was meant to be delivered and no refund. *EDIT TWO* It is now a full month since this mob did not deliver to me as promised and after speaking to them today I have been advised they are having refund issues and that I am now a 'priority' but it will take another 14 working days to clear. They are thieves who cannot be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! *EDIT THREE*. It is now Christmas and still no refund. CROOKS!

After I gave 24 hours notice to…
After I gave 24 hours notice to reschedule the pour they tried to charge me £415 + vat cancellation fee due to their very poor communication between themselves, the pump company and myself. I had to phone them 3 times during the day from 8 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon with promises of somebody calling me back but it never happened. I was forced to keep the pour and couldn’t reschedule or I would be charged a further £498 Cancelation and reschedule fee. When I spoke with the pump company they said 24 hours notice is acceptable. I will never use these guys again.

Stole an additional £108 from my credit card
After delivery they rang me up, told me they were going to give me a refund because they over charged, then instead stole an additional £108 off my credit card without my permission. Note if this happens to you pay attention to what the rep says, if the conversation starts off with the word refund then that is miss leading, if they fail to tell you how much and that they are taking the money from your card that is card fraud and in violation of 2008 consumer protection act. SSN record their conversations and will tell you that they recorded you agreeing to the transaction, and you agreed to their terms and conditions and your fraud claim will fail, this is completely false however. If you report the transaction as fraud then when SSN submit the counter claim they will fail as they have deliberately misled you in the conversation. Point this out and demand a full refund, don't take no for an answer and make sure you post a trust pilot and google review at the same time.

Bad, as we were lied to, when the money was wanted, we were told a mid morning delivery. once money was paid, the timings were changed to noon, and then was two hours late!!!!!! only paid the high price they charged as we thought they would deliver at 10.00am,
Would not use them again !!!!!

Awful company dont use them they give…
Awful company dont use them they give you a time slot of 2 hours after taking your money had 3 men on site wich I had to pay
They didnt show In there time slot and didnt even bother letting me know so rang them only to find out They would there 2 hours late wich would have been dark so they rearranged for the next morning at 9am and didnt show till 11.30 go with a reputable company they may seem a better price but cost me a lot more in labour charges in the end
