After a disastrous start when the truck arrived without cement, the driver returned to base to fill up. After that everything went very well with the area clean at the end of the delivery. the driver was very apologetic at the beginning and went out of his way to make the delivery as smooth as possible

we ordered 2 loads totalling £4300.00…
we ordered 2 loads totalling £4300.00 to 2 sites. ordered volumetric deliveries. 1st job no volumetric, 2nd 3 hrs late, No delivery notes and problems with machinery. they called to add £90 to order which was agreed but ridiculous then taken £240 extra after we disagreed with charges after a 30 minute argument. we will never use concrete network again.poor customer service and even worse aftercare. on another note we we're half a cube short on 2nd order and we had to use an alternative supplier as driver was 3hrs late for his next order. totally unprofessional service, avoid and use a local firm instead.

I would give zero stars if i could
I would give zero stars if i could. I arranged an early moring drop of cement . at 12 oclock i rang to ask where the cement was. i was told it would be there by 2 as they were running late. at 2-30 i rang again to be told it would be after 4pm. non existent communication to say the concrete was not coming at the time arranged. when the concrete arrived it was a company that they subcontracted to who told me that they would have done it for half the price i was charged if i had gone direct to them. when i emailed in a complaint they said it was not their problem that the cement arrived 7 hours late and they refused to issue any kind of refund . avoid at all costs.

Paid the full amount, pump truck sank on site and no concrete delivered, full charge - nobody takes responsibility because it's a network. Don't use, go direct to the supplier.

LONG DELAY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Despite long delay with delivery no help with resolving the matter.
The only feedback was they were not feeling at fault as the delay was caused by their subcontractor not them. This company is a joke!
They say they would help to resolve any issues but at the same time closing the complain saying that they couldn't help. Just AVOID. Waste of time, money and unnecessary stress for you and all the neighbours

I have received your response and my comments above referred to it directly. You simply ignored my complain didn't acknowledge any responsibility.
N.B. I just recently found out that you wanted to double charged my for additional concrete delivered (which wasn't required) but you still chased the payment via email and at the same time charged my credit card. How "very professional". "Excellent service" ONE STAR granted although you didn't even deserved that but unfortunately there was no option not to give you any stars

Placed an order Tuesday agreed a price 2 days later the price had changed by £150 due to not providing the pump that we had agreed and paid for absolute shambles!!
