Promised much but delivered little
Efficient ordering and confirmation, however a callback from Concrete Network changed the day!
We are not a business and relied on volunteers taking time off work to do the work in our Church.
On the rearranged day, the promised timing was wrong. When I called they said sorry but that's it. I asked for the local supplier contact which they gave.
I Called them and they were brilliant changing the timing to what we actually ordered (not their fault).
I'd go straight to local supplier next time, lesson learnt!

disappointed and expensive
Having been asked if they could arrive between 7 and 7,30 didn't turn up to 8.15 and arrived with a pump that i didn't order, my guys onsite were surprised but assumed i had ordered it, as the guys set up and started to pour not really speaking good English ad communicating what was going on , the office later called as said as we had used it we would be charged over £400 extra. We measured the pour several times and made it just under 20 meters it was square dig and flat bottomed in clay so not happy to be charged for 23 meters and had to knock up another 5 ourselves to finish finished up costing over 4k when priced a lot less nor impressed and unlikely to use again

Then told the delivery would be 2-4
I then spoke to a manager said they couldn’t guarantee a time even if you book!
I was furious after argueing on the phone for 20 miniutes they said they could get it here by 11-30 it did turn up at 12
So not good for me , when I had 5 men waiting to barrow it

Total and utter disaster
Total and utter disaster! I ordered 40cubes of c35( we actually measured it at 37.5 but allowed extra for discrepancy as it was being delivered by volumetric vehicles),24 at 8am and 16 at 1pm, the first turned up at gone 9am immediately complaining about the access although we have had numerous 8 wheelers delivering then said the other deliveries would need to be pumped as he couldn't manoeuvre because of a manhole even though we offered to remove the lid and put a plate over the hole, so we had to pay an extra charge. We ordered a 50 slump as its a floating raft and we needed to vibrate the concrete to ensure all voids were filled which takes time but the guy with the pump said no we can't pump it that dry so we ended up with a very wet mix which isn't ideal for a raft.The last load arrived at approximately 2pm. Because of the wetness the magifloat was digging in so we were hand floating until 8pm. At no point were we given computer print offs just delivery notes saying we had received 50 cubic metres! I querried this and was basically told that's what you've had so pay up even though I pointed out it was impossible for the slab to hold that much. The vehicles that delivered, a total of four, were four axle which are limited to 32tonnes gross weight and weight appropriately 13.5 to 14tonnes unladen giving a payload of appropriately 17.5 to 18 tonnes, so by his reasoning he delivered 50 cubic metres on four vehicles which equates to 12.5 cubic metres per vehicle which means each vehicle would be overloaded by approximately 12 tonnes. I have spoken to a few local operators who have said this is impossible. I also told The concrete network people that I would have a structural engineer calculate the amount of concrete needed which I did and he emailed me today with the figure of 37.8 cubic metres. Very disappointed with the service and attitude of this company

Order mistake
Paid for two seperate orders and both came same time , half the order had to be returned and still waiting for compensation as ill still need to have a re delivery.

Feel rip off not only have they asked for more money because I asked for delivery on a 6 wheeler lorry after I had all ready paid now they have taken another £200 for waiting time even though I have emailed them with my concerns 100% never using them again
