Delicious and so convenient! The meals really feel home-cooked like they haven't been prepared by a machine in a factory. It's kind of like your mum dropping off meals every week, apart from your mum is a chef and she's counted all the macros for you.

I often don't have time to cook, particularly at lunch, so it's a god-send to have something nutritious ready to go in my fridge. Great service all round and bonus points for the eco-friendly packaging!

I switched from fresh fit foods WOW what a difference. Fff quality and value for money terrible. I’m on the ultimate performance plan. I’ve lost 6 kg in 8 weeks!only 5 days a week with weekends off. Granted I’m also eating larger meal at lunch, no alcohol during the week, other lifestyle tweaks. Portions are huge! I know I will reach my goal weight on the plan. So big thank you to good prep. Truly a 5 star experience.

Good Prep is everything a meal delivery service needs to be.
The menu is inspired, the recipes have a very small number of balanced ingredients which seem clean. The taste, texture of the meals is impressive, one looks forward to them every morning, lunchtime and dinnertime.
The packaging is simple, practical, appropriate and seems food-safe.
You can tell how much thought has gone into this project.
I want to urge everyone to support this company, as they should remain a thriving business without having to compromise their quality over the next years.
I am an NHS worker and demanding on many levels so I couldn't find any meal delivery services suitable for me.
I wanted inspired but simple recipes, well seasoned food, very few ingredients of good quality and origin, sustainable practices, hygiene standards and balanced meals in terms of macros etc.
Never thought I'd find that, but finally I have, with Good Prep!
Well done, don't change your high standards, keep working on keeping the food as least processed as possible and the ingredients clean, from local, reliable sources.

This is my 2nd week on goodprep meals, I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Ingredients so fresh. Good portion sizes and all meals and snacks delicious. Looking forward to next weeks order to try different meals - so much to choose from. No more cooking for me!

I had the smoked salmon bagel and the banana protein pancakes, both tasted absolutely outstanding.

Just tried for the first time, and had the Thai Chicken Curry. It was a great portion size and tasted much fresher and more natural than other supermarket equivalents. Very impressed.
