The web site was easy to navigate. I emailed the company with questions about the item I wished to purchase. The email was answered the next day with the information I needed. I ordered the Pink Spinel necklace and it was delivered 4 days later. I am delighted with it. I found the Jewellery Room to be responsive and efficient and I really appreciated human responses rather than being passed on to AI.
