Amazing customer service
I was super happy with The Jewellery Room. I had some issues with my delivery and they were in constant contact reassuring me that they were working to rectify the situation. In the end they did a lot to ensure that I receive the ring that I ordered. Amazing experience, thanks to the support team!

I liked all of your pieces
I liked all of your pieces, ordering was easy, and I received the item quickly. My only disappointment was that there was no card describing the piece, i.e. the type of material used for the stone fish, and no 18k gold designation for the attachable ring on the top of the fish for adding to a chain or gold strand. I purchased it for a gift to a good friend.

Der Preis des Rings in Relation zur Qualität ist unterirdisch. Der Ring war fleckig und der Preis war mehr als erschreckend. Verpackung war ebenfalls ungenügend. Sehr enttäuscht.

Leider kann ich diesen Shop nicht empfehlen. Teil der Bestellung bereits vor der Auslieferung storniert. 2 Artikel aus Japan versendet, was auf der Homepage absolut nicht ersichtlich war, und anschließend mit dem Zoll 2 Wo Kommunikation und das Nachreichen der Papiere erforderte. Anschließend einen Artikel retourniert und selbst hier - nach über einem Monat - keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Paypal eingeschaltet und dann MEHRERE Emails vom Shop erhalten, mit der Aufforderung den Fall zu schließen, da sonst die Rückzahlung nicht erfolgen kann. Ich bin bei dem geöffneten Fall geblieben und die Rückzahlung wurde veranlasst, allerdings mit SATTEN 30,00€ Retourkosten -ACHTUNG!!!!!- ABZOCKE. Ich wurde mit Emails regelrecht bombardiert, dass ich nun die Gründerin im Urlaub gestört hätte, obwohl ich selbst im Urlaub mich um diese Angelegenheit kümmern musste, dass ich alles ohne Paypal viel einfacher hätte haben können …. bla bla …. Und wir dürfen nicht vergessen, dass mir selbst nach über einem Monat der Retoure von alleine nichts erstattet worden ist!!!! Im Nachhinein würde ich sagen, kein zweites Mal. Auf gar keinen Fall!!!!!!!!! Sehr sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Und das ist mir schon fast am wichtigsten, in der heutigen Online Shoppingworld. Ich kann den Shop nicht weiter empfehlen!!!

We sincerely apologize for the delay in your refund. This was due to the designer being on summer vacation. Something we should have been aware of upfront. However, we want to clarify that we did not receive any prior email or phone call from you regarding the unresolved refund. The first and only notification we received was the PayPal claim, which unfortunately does not allow for constructive or direct communication.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue through PayPal, we reached out to you via email to apologize and resolve the matter and of course processed your refund. Sorry if this came across as overwhelming, our only intention was to ensure you were informed and supported.
The return shipping cost is clearly outlined in our return policy, but we completely understand that it added to your dissatisfaction. We take your feedback seriously and will reflect on how we can improve clarity and service going forward.
We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Providing good customer service is extremely important to us, and we’re sorry we fell short in your case.

Die erste und einzige Benachrichtigung, die wir erhalten haben, betraf die PayPal-Rechnung, die leider keine konstruktive oder direkte Kommunikation ermöglicht.

Phenomenal
I ordered a ring from this website because it was sold out on the original manufacturer's site. The ring is for my girlfriend – I'm planning to propose, and everything is happening very last minute.
After I placed the order, I realized it will take around 4 weeks for the ring to arrive, which would have been too late. So I reached out via email, and honestly, I didn't expect much. But I was *very* wrong.
Jennifer from customer support responded immediately. We exchanged about 10 emails, and she was truly committed to helping me. She personally contacted the ring manufacturer, explained the situation, and made sure everything was pushed forward.
Now, instead of arriving at the end of July, the ring is already on its way and will be delivered this Monday – just in time for my flight to London next week, where I’ll propose to my girlfriend.
This level of customer service is incredibly rare nowadays. Jennifer went above and beyond, and I’m genuinely grateful. Thank you for making this special moment possible!

Hele bestilling og korrespondancen var rigtig fin, informationsniveau i forbindelse med leveringen og selve leveringen var perfekt.
Produktet var så lidt mindre end forventet, men det er nok hvad man risikerer når man handler online og ikke har set varen i showroom.

First class service. Good communication. Delivered very quickly considering the order was coming from another country. Many companies in the UK take a lot longer to deliver items purchased online. Packaged very well. Would definitely recommend this company.
