Not like the picture
Not at all what i hoped for. Ordered a silver/gold ear cuff. Came all silver and looks bulky.. on the picture it was more think and elegant. Of course i understand that a picture does not reflect 100% but still.. and the cuff is so hard, impossible to put on the ear.. sadly had to send back and pay for shipping.
Waiting for the refund.
Update:
I can see they received my package on September 15th.
It is October- I have not received my money back.

Min på tidspunktet kommende hustru skulle have en vielsesring og fandt en på jeres hjemmeside. Den størrelse ring vi ønskede kunne ikke skaffes, men i gjorde et stort stykke arbejde for at det skulle lykkedes. En ring I nummeret større viste sig at passe.
Tusind tak for en fantastisk service. Det har været en fornøjelse og helt sikkert ikke sidste gang vi handler med jer.

Amazing customer service
Very fast delivery, and an amazing customer service, I went to their HQ in Copenhagen because there was a flaw on the ring I bought, I was told to keep it to be able to propose my girlfriend anyway and then I could change the size if needed or just replace the ring with the scratch. We then went to their office again where they helped with the size and took care of exchanging the ring themselves. They were super sweet and very fast to answer my emails.

The product was very nice
The product was very nice, but Delivery was extremely poor. The company used in Australia were unable to deliver or leave unless somebody was there . They would only deliver Monday to Friday during working hours and even to pick the package up from the depot they were only open Monday to Friday during working hours. This is frankly ridiculous for somebody who works Monday to Friday. Also, I was assured that it would be gift wrapped, unfortunately it wasn’t. These are just minor irritations which probably need to be ironed out. The actual product was lovely but extremely expensive. I guess you get what you pay for as far as design goes. It is a very special present for my wife you’re not only has cancer but is coming to 60 years of age so I hope she is delighted with it as I would love her to be .keep up the beautiful designs they are truly innovative. We send her our very best wishes and strength as she celebrates this milestone 💐
We are, however, very sorry to hear about the delivery issues. We ship with DHL Express, so we had no expectations that there would be any problems with delivery. Unfortunately, DHL cannot leave parcels at the door without a signature, as these are valuable pieces, and we never want our customers to risk having their package stolen because it was left unattended. That is why a signature is required.
That said, if you had reached out to us, we would of course have been happy to assist and arrange for the delivery to be redirected to your workplace or another convenient location – so that it could reach you more easily.
Regarding the gift wrapping, I truly apologise. When you asked for this, I personally contacted Georg Jensen to make sure it would be wrapped, and they confirmed that it would be – so I am very sorry that this did not happen. We will be sure to follow up with them so it does not happen again.
Thank you again for your feedback and for trusting us with such a meaningful gift. We hope it brings your wife joy every time she wears it, and we wish you both all the very best 😊

Fantastisk service
Fantastisk service! Kiggede forbi kontoret i København og hele 3 medarbejdere gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at hjælpe mig med at vælge det rette smykke, til trods for at jeg ikke havde aftalt tid.
Smykket blev leveret på 6 dage, selvom det ikke var på lager og hele vejen igennem blev jeg informeret.
Vil bestemt købe smykker her en anden gang!
