Very poor quality saree for ₹1500. Looks completely different from pictures. I wanted to rate 0. But no option. Customer support is extremely rude and not helpful. They forc Fake expectations. Quality of saree os not even worth 50rupees. Don't cheat people like this.. Forcing us to stop shopping online.

The product was not shown as given in the picture. just had print on one side. That's one thing but had the worst customer support, they had the audacity to talk rudely on call. I had placed two order and cancelled one of them with in 24hrs. This was 10th october, since then I am just begging them to provide the refund for the other one. They fail to understand the question every single time. I had patiently made then understand the problem every single time. But the girl on the phone makes it feel like she is doing a favour listing to me. "oh goddddd" 'madaaaaam time lagta hai turant answer nhi dete" this is when I have sent the screenshot on the first call in the morning and asking for update in the evening. I mean are you for real? Customer support?

All products are fake. Nothing similar to the pics they have shown. Plus if you have to return, then u will have to arrange it and then they said we will show the original product to you before delivering. But still what they showed to what was delivered was a huge difference.

they are providing stiched blouse as well BUT the cups are literally visible in the blouse such poor quality cloth they are giving. Border of saree is looking so cheap..i have no words. This saree does not deserve even 300 rs and i paid 1899 😢
They have created their return policy in such a way that you will not fall in the elgibility to claim for return or replacement. Frustating experience 😖

This is a fraud site.. Don't buy anything from this site.. The product won't be the same as shown in the site..very cheap quality. And different dull colour. They are not allowing to post any negative reviews on their site.. Fraud company

Please don't buy any product from this site ...Don't buy this cheap product . Quality is very poor and when you call them they will don't answer the call . Also if you want to return the product they will say quirer to us ..and you have to pay that amount . And there is no such policy .

I do not know why I have not checked the reviews of this website. I simply checked that influencers are using their product and trusted them and have received a super cheap quality product and it is damaged.

Now they want me to create a self return, and they said they will refund me the pick up amount, but I do not trust on them for that either

They are big fraud, and I don’t know why these influencers are promoting it and scamming the general public

Worst company don't buy any sarees from this coming the show something and they send cheap quality sarees and there is no exchange we have to pay from our pocket for seldom bag there is no referred they are a fraud company please don't buy from them

The customer service is pathetic, they do not have proper return policies and expect you to bear the shipping cost which could at times be the one-third price of the saree. They refund you in store credits or exchanges however I do not want anything from their store ever again. Very disappointed. Would have given them a negative rating if possible.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Lotus Fab. The quality is a complete letdown. The fabric feels incredibly low and cheap, and the stitching and overall work are horrible. The item I received was not at all as it appeared online—it was poorly made and not worth the price.
What makes this experience even worse is the company's disappointing return and exchange policy. They have a no-return policy, which is incredibly restrictive and makes me question ever buying from them again. Additionally, their exchange process is unfair and customer-unfriendly. You have to pay to ship the item back yourself, then wait for them to receive it before they even think about sending a replacement. This creates unreasonable delays and extra costs for the customer.
Lotus Fab needs to seriously reconsider its policies to build customer trust and loyalty. A flexible return policy and a streamlined exchange process are basic expectations for any modern business. I cannot recommend this brand based on the poor product quality and their unfair, restrictive policies.

Scam website.....Never ever purchase anything from them....Horrible site... first time experiencing like this online shopping website...
they will have to shut down very quickly the way they are running the business ..Cheap quality sarees....not worth at all.ready to wear saree is not proper..they deliver any damn shit to you and when you ask them for refund we personally need to courier..
