Worst experience
Very bad experience, they showed different saree and send worst febric different saree with white spots all over it. Return also not available they do only exchange, and you have to parcel them from your side for return too.
Customer Care service is pathetic they don't know how to respond and very rude . They disconnected my phone on complaining and not receiving my call now

The saree is worst
The saree is worst . No one should buy. They will do scam. Don't trust them and don't buy the saree . Worst response. If we call them they will not talk properly and end the call within 15 seconds. They will tell send pic of saree. Doing scam and making cheating to everyone . Don't buy anything from THE LOTUS FAB. Rude 👿 response. Doing illegal activities.

Most horrible experience I have had till date with any online shopping experience. My order with order number: Order LF109911. Horrible quality and color. I asked for a return where they said that I need to return the product myself by posting it from my end. Upon receiving they will refund the amount of the product only.
Highly illegal business with extremely rude behaviour and I had a horrible customer experience.
Don't buy anything from here.

I ordered a saree online for Karwachauth, as I couldn’t step out for shopping. Unfortunately, they delivered a defective, low-quality product. When I raised a complaint, instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, they asked me to return it through speed post at my own expense and promised a refund later.
This site is not at all trustworthy. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and only harass you mentally. Once they have your money, they put all the burden on you.
💡 My advice: Avoid this site completely. Save your money and peace of mind.

Don't buy anything from here, I lost 2000 bucks and I pray the worst for these guys

There is no negative star option here. Misleading ads and they sell products which are totally different and cheaper than what it claims. Customer service pathetic. They do not respond to the messages and call. No return and replacement policy

Very bad experience.. customer care also too rude..they don't provide any assistance.. saree quality is very poor .. seems they provide used saree.. please don't buy this product.. worst return policy.. this not looting not lotus...I think we need to #boycott this product

The most pathetic products one can sell
Cost of saree on lotusfab - 1700, actual worth of saree sent to me - 170. Thats how pathetic their sarees are. Not just one, I returned one which i had to do by my own money, they sent more pathetic and shit next time too.

Terrible service - Don't Purchase
Terrible service! Customer care takes forever to respond, and they don't even offer pickup for returns or exchanges. I got a product with a color mismatch and want to exchange it, but they expect me to return it myself without any pickup option. Who does that? It's ridiculous that they don't have a basic return policy in place, especially when they're sending the wrong product. Avoid buying from them; returns and exchanges will be a nightmare. Their policies are pathetic, and the products are overpriced.
