Lotusfab is a complete fraud. Don’t fall for their pictures or videos – they are fake. They sent me a damaged product, and when I contacted their customer care, they disconnected the call within seconds saying, “We don’t provide return service, you have to handle it yourself.”

Their so-called return process is not only long and inconvenient but also requires customers to spend extra money on speed post or courier just to return a defective item. In today’s digital age, when we purchase products online, who has the time or money to go through such a frustrating process?

Please beware and avoid buying from Lotusfab.

Very very poor quality product with very poor quality of stitching and there is no support from their side. I have ordered 2000 rs. Saree and I received this in very bad condition it is not properly stitched and there is fitting issues as well. I just wasted my money and they are not responding.

I wish u had option to give negative star, they are Fraud, will give you substandard items and will never pick the customer support calls or messages. It’s fraud guys

Big No to this seller, in there web site they posted all positive reviews but after I experience I came to know that all these nagative reviews in other sites liks this are true. Trust me they are just fooling people, material quality is very cheap and not as mentioned. They have mentioned 7 days return policy but no one will initiate pickup/refund, not even you as in there site you can buy not return as no option provided for return. I don't know why people are ordering from them, My money completely wasted. How I trusted blindly this company I don't know. Don't go and buy anything from them if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Horrible services. The fabric of the saree was very cheap. On continuously asking them to help with refund, got no response. Also the staff is extremely arrogant. A big no no to buy. They are a fraud company.

I ordered a saree (Order LF92020 on 17 July 2025) from Lotus Fab for ₹1,599. The fabric and finish were far worse than shown online. Despite sharing images and invoice, they refused a refund and demanded I pay courier charges for return—only offering an exchange.
I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. This seller misrepresents products and hides return/refund policies. Prevent others from facing the same fraud.

Cheap products and no customer care dedicated. Some lady picks up the call after the 10th call. Tells you wait for 24 hours from 1 week. They dont want customers. They want do fraud only

Very cheap quality products. Mul cotton is actually mixed cotton. Organza quality is very poor. Colours are different as shown in pictures. Totally fraud. Please don't buy.

Pathetic they are fake , i ordered ready to wear saree and they send me normal cheap quality saree when I asked them to help me with exchange they asked me to return product on my own expense and no customer support fraud

I placed an order for a saree worth Rs. 1,999 (Order No. LF85651). However, upon delivery, I was shocked to receive a product that was completely different from what was displayed. The saree is of extremely poor quality, the color is dull and mismatched, and the fabric has visible holes and defects. Both the saree and blouse are badly stitched and substandard, with an estimated actual worth of not more than Rs. 400–500.

What’s even more concerning is the rude and unprofessional behavior of the customer support team. Instead of addressing the complaint or providing any resolution, I was met with hostility and complete disregard. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no assistance or support regarding a return or refund.

I urge the management of LotusFab to take immediate corrective steps. Customer trust and satisfaction must be a priority. I formally request a full refund and return for my order. Failing to resolve this issue will compel me to pursue further action through appropriate consumer forums and legal avenues.

Let this serve as a sincere warning to others—do not waste your hard-earned money on a platform that does not value its customers or stand by the quality of its products.

Quality shown in video and actual product is very different.. extremely cheap quality sarees… don’t get fooled by their videos.. worst!!

Fraud company ...cheap product...saree cost is rs. 1700/-...but actually saree is only two rupees.... coustmer caker is so arrogant....behad he ghatiya aurat thi call pe...apna he suna rhi... coustmer kr issue se koi mtlb nhi....

I received a cheap quality saree. Extremely bad experience with returning the same too. They want me to courier it to them at my expense and choose another saree from their same substandard catalogue which cannot be trusted anymore. I have to forcibly select some saree in exchange and also pay for the courier charges because their product is low quality!! Fair??

I bought a saree for Rs 2100 , which is i think worth 200-300 rs, itna ghatiya fabric, itna cheap fabric. Don’t buy from this cheap site.
