I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with LotusFab. I ordered a saree worth ₹1599 for an important occasion and received a cheap, third-class quality product that looked nothing like what was shown on their website. Their product images are completely misleading — a clear case of false advertising.

When I reached out for a return or refund, I was shocked to find out that they do not offer return pickup. Instead, they asked me to courier the item back at my own expense, even though the mistake was entirely theirs.

Their customer care is absolutely useless and unprofessional. The woman handling the calls is impatient, rude, and only interested in disconnecting the call quickly without actually listening to the customer’s problem. It’s mentally exhausting.

Although they finally refunded the amount, it took over 10 days of constant follow-ups, stress, and emotional frustration to get back MY money. And they had clearly promised an immediate refund once the parcel was received — another false promise.

There are hidden policies that are not disclosed anywhere on their website. You only discover them when you face an issue — and by then, it’s too late.

Please beware before ordering. The website might look decent, but behind it lies a highly unprofessional and untrustworthy service. I’ll never shop from them again and would strongly advise others to stay away.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered a saree from Lotusfab and received a substandard product that looked nothing like what was shown on the website. When I contacted their customer support, they agreed to a return, but insisted I pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket, despite it being their fault.

I shipped it back at my own cost, but now they are refusing to refund the saree amount or the return charges. Instead, they are forcing me to pick another saree of the same price, which I don’t want. To make it worse, their support team is rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.

This is not how any trustworthy brand should operate. There is zero accountability, and their entire return/refund policy seems like a trap. Be very cautious — I do not recommend buying from them. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

The most rubbish saree, the dirtiest saree and you order something else and they will send you something else, they change the colour of the saree with a filter, people will come, it is a total fraud and if we call them for return then they do this in a very dirty way The most rubbish, dirty and her blouse is also absolutely rubbish and they put something else on the internet and send us something else, absolutely rubbish, absolutely, you should never buy from this company, this is the only thing we should never buy from this company Never buy from this company and it is completely rubbish and its blouse lace is not good at all and its quality is also very low quality, absolutely low and as per the price, it costs a lots. Lost my hardearned money to this fraud company. I wish i read the comments earlier. They are cheaters and very bad and rude staff. I will take legal action. File on online customer forums. Anyone who wants to ioin the protest can join me.

Worst company ever . Send completely different product from what shown . They upload pictures from other good brands and show on their profile . Then they don’t let you return the product even after saying it is returnable . Rude customer service talks in very unmannered way . Never ever order

I ordered from this site and they do not send what’s shown on the site. The material is really poor and they do not have return policy. Worst site

What a 3rd class product... Itna ghatiya product to sabzi mandi market me bhi nhi milta..total fake and cheap saree. Whatever the write in the description is totally wrong. The saaree is not malmal cotton. The blouse fabric is so extremely cheap. I purchased because it was mentioned pure cotton saree.. the fabric they have used is allergic on skin.

Pls don't fall for these fraud people. I had ordered a saree and when received the blouse piece was torn from many places. When i tried to get a replacement they denied saying you have seperated blouse from saree. But how does that change the fact that you guys have sent a defective product. There is a girl who only calls you to timepass and says senior se puch kr batati hun and then a day goes and no one calls. They are genuinely fraud. Pls don't waste your hard earned money on their products. Quality of their products is also third class

You are showing different fabric and sending cheap one. So this is fraud. You are cheating people and the lady who speaks on ph is so rude. Whatever she wants to talk, she talks. She doesn't listen. I read your reviews on many portals. I should have read it before. But I will definitely complaint about this.

This is a fraud company. Don't fall for this scammer company. They provide very cheap quality of product and then they won't even entertain your request. I have been trying to connect with them on gmail/ WhatsApp but none of them is providing me any solution. I am gonna file legal case against them

I am extremely disappointed with Lotus Fab. I ordered a saree, but the product I received was completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality was very bad, and it looked nothing like the pictures. I immediately requested a return, but they are refusing to take it back.

I have not seen any other clothes line as bad as this one! they are tricksters, fooling people into buying substandard products!!! And their customer support is the worst i have ever seen!!! I will never shop from them again!!!

They are scammers and they provide very very very cheap quality materials to the customer. I received a very bad material clothes from them and when i tried to contact them they talked so rudely and simply refused to give refund of my order. Please take some action against this type of scammers.

Do not buy anything from this fraud place. They sell cheap quality clothes, which have horrible finishing and look like curtain clothes. They will not do return and just tell to replace it with more horrible clothes. I was defrauded, so don't trust these.

Don’t buy their products. It's a scam! I ordered a product from them, and they delivered a very low quality product. They say they have a 7 days return policy. But when I got in touch with them, and asked for a return, they said they don't provide returns and can only give replacements. Above all, their customer service executives are really rude and not helpful. Even after delivering a bad product, and designs which look different from what is shown in the picture, they don't take ownership of their mistake and will ask you to send the product back to them. So you will have to bear the cost of the return if you receive a bad product from them. And even after that, they will first check the product themselves after receiving the return, then see if THEY think the product quality is good or not, and only after that will they give a replacement. It's a total scam. Pathetic customer service, pathetic quality products. Don't go on the reviews on their website. Most if then are fake reviews.
They don't show the bad reviews. I left multiple 1 star reviews for the same product. But none of it is reflected on their website.
