1st for replacement I have to courier d saree n dey are giving refund but instead send d saree of their choice...

The product quality is CHEAP.
I had ordered one maroon cotton saree. The quality is exact opposite of what is shown on the website.
And when I spoke to the customer support regarding refund/Exchange, they are asking me to self return the product.
FRAUDSTERS.

They are without a doubt frauds who are selling road side stuff. I filed a complaint with consumer forum and easily got refund. Fir anyone going through the same harassment by the customer service lady please file s complaint on consumer forum website. The same lady with then call you up and speak politely, arrange pick and transfer money back in the same day.

Horrible experience

I wish I could give them a 0 star. The product quality is super super cheap. And then their excellent hidden return policy, which states that the customer needs to go to the post office and arrange for the return by themselves then share the screenshot of the return receipt, once the recv the return in good condition then also the customer doesn't get any refund, rather the then the customer has to choose another article of same value.
Forgot to mention, their sucking delivery, their agent doesn't call you while looking out for your address, you will a get message that their delivery agent attempted to deliver buttttt you were not contactable. When I saw a lot of reviews now here about this misconduct then I could relate to the similar messages which I also got.

I wish they drown very soon.

Horrible experience !!! Bas quality product and very bad after service . the product was a cheap material (not cotton mul as advertised by them on their web site ) . Tye call operator was rude and hung up on me . The what's app chat service is also ridiculous and reply back with whatever they want to say instead of even trying to understand the customer !!! Do not recommend buying from them

Such a cheap material of sarees.. Sarees looks so fab on website n when u recieve it’s road side quality.. Customer care executive lady is so bad to talk too.. Has no manners doesn’t pick calls n speaks rudely.. No one should ever order here .. They r just fetching ur money

Send wrong product and don't take refund also and if I want replacement then i have to go courier company send him saree then they send me another saree
And saree quality is very poor not looking like pics material is not good don't stuck in this company trap this company only trap for people very bad very bad don't waist your money after receiving money they didn't talk good 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is the worst website ever!!
I ordered a saare some days ago,they messaged me that my order will come within 2 to 3 days.after some days they messaged me that my order will arrive today but it didn't,although the distance of delivery guy from my house was shown
about 5mins away I called them but no one was picking up the call i even called the delivery guy but even he didn't pick up my call and later that day at 11pm they messaged me that my order was cancelled as "i" was not picking up "their"call and if i still want the order then i have to confirm my order so I confirmed it... the other day they did the same!!they messaged me that my order will arrive today but it didn't I called them but no one was picking up the call and they messaged me the same thing they continued this for 2 to 3 days but still didn't deliver my order....
This is the worst website everr!!

No Refund for their Cheap Product as i don't like the quality of the product they simply said they will only give replacement. and their customer care executive are shouted on me that this is the only process and their is no escalation matrix.

The quality was very bad. They refused to return it. Expected the customer to know this no return only exchange policy before making the order. Blocked me on Instagram!

I wish i read the review here before buying their product. The quality of the saree is very cheap, the website shows a complete different product. To add to this their customer service person does not know how to speak to customer. Their website says 7 days replacement but they do not attend to customers. They cheat people. Please do not buy, its completely a waste product.

I just received the saree which is of extremely poor quality. The saree has no fit with hardly any pletes and very long pallu
The fabric is cheap and no response of you contact support team for return

The quality of the saree is pathetic, its not worth the money. They do not refund the money if you do not like the quality, they exchange it but it adds to the cost as you have to bear the courier charges. I had to fight for a refund of 200/ as I decided to exchange for a lesser amount of saree for almost a month. Please buy from a big brand only as their costs are high due to small quantity business.

Don't prefer this company straight up don't buy their product staff is rude plus return/exchange policy is a hassle plus the golden thing they staff the just hung up on me and they won't pick up call really disappointed don't buy their product.
