It was worth the wait. I saw the Luxury Bed Company on IG and at that time they were not in the USA yet, I waited for them to deliver to the USA and it was so worth the wait. They have a BEAUTIFUL product with the BEST customer service ever. You can’t beat that! I absolutely love my king size bed!!

We drove quite a distance to the showroom last Thursday, well worth the visit and so glad we did.
Greeted by Callum who was brilliant. He talked us through the whole ordering process and allowed us to bounce on the mattresses to select our choice. The Instagram Sale on Friday was the icing on the cake 50% Off….WOW. Great experience so far. I’m under serious pressure now to prepare the bedroom for our imminent delivery!!! Hope to see you…not too soon.

I have purchased 2 beds from this company now which I absolutely love and they are of a very high quality. When choosing my second, I visited the showroom and Meg was so helpful. She was able to order a bespoke option to fit my measurements. The delivery communication was excellent and timings were spot on. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for your new bed!

Leanna has been so helpful with our order, from start to finish. Leanna went through all the measurements on the phone and also sent a confirmation email. Had a really easy experience with Leanne and Meg helping me firstly with samples and then the final ordering process! They have given me great support and super fast responses with all my questions, as this is the first time buying an emperor bed and mattress so I had a fair few making sure the dimension would fit and possible alternatives if needed.

Couldn’t rave about this company enough! Their beds are second to none, their designs are amazing, installation was a dream and from start to finish a seamless process.

Their customer service is just brilliant - I’ve dealt with quite a few of the team since ordering my 2 beds and every member of staff have just been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

My only negative is their mattresses are SO comfy I don’t want to get out of bed on a morning!!

It took almost 3 months but i was aware of that but worth the wait. My bed looks amazing!! So happy with this purchase. Got so many compliments. Bed is very sturdy and made with very nice plush fabric. Colour is so pretty as well. Thank you

From browsing to delivery of my bed the whole experience has been great. Megan answered my questions and assisted me in putting my order on hold while i checked the measurements and in changing order. The delivery team came super early and were a spot on - very polite and courteous and assembled the bed in no time. Super grateful. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and very prompt at responding. We ordered three beds from the Luxury bed company and upon ordering we thought we had applied the 40% discount code but instead was 35%. This was flagged right away by the company who then went the extra mile in applying the extra 5% for us. Great experience from start to finish, Megan in customer care was particularly helpful. What a gorgeous bed! We ordered the Zen bed with the high headboard and its the most fancy bed I've ever slept in!

The company was great when we ordered, kept me informed of anticipated delivery and were able to deliver outside the usual 8-5pm (when we're at work) so that was really helpful.

For clarity, this isn't one of the cheap facebook bed companies, this is the real deal and they really are luxurious beds - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
