Stay away from TheoGrace.
I cancelled my order, and they acknowledged the cancellation. Instead of issuing a refund, they processed and shipped the order anyway. They are asking me to ship it back to them for a store credit.
Why continue shipping an order after confirming it’s cancelled, only to deny a refund? In my experience, this felt like a high-pressure sales tactic.
I would not recommend buying from TheoGrace.

I found the website to be extremely user friendly. I loved the many different varieties available for Mother’s Day necklaces. I had several metal options to choose from and I was able to get 4 names on one necklace! The personalized preview ultimately helped me choose the perfect necklace!
