Great product but even better customer care - my first bracelet broke and they promptly replaced.

Everything was perfect

I ordered this ring as a birthday gift. I used the ring size guide on the Theo Grace website, with an existing ring that I already had. When I received the ring, it was extremely tight and I could not get it on my finger. I requested a resize for a bigger size, and the new resized ring is still extremely tight and I had to force it on my finger and almost rip my finger off to get the ring off. The customer service at Theo Grace refused to resize my ring, and they said I would have to pay more money to get it resized, even though it says "free resizing" on the product page. Be warned that Theo Grace does NOT have consistent ring sizing, and if you are using the Theo Grace ring size guide you should order minimum 2 to 3 sizes bigger, so the ring fits. Now I have a piece of metal sitting around, that I cannot wear. This was an expensive lesson to not order something online without being able to try it first.

I ordered a bracelet with his daughter’s names on it for our son for Father’s Day as well as initial earrings with hearts for our granddaughter’s 10th birthday and a jewelry holder and a bracelet. I was pleased with the ordering experience, delivery experience as well as the items themselves. All were well made and were exactly as ordered. You have made 9 people in our family happy. Our granddaughter was thrilled and couldn’t wait to show her friends her gift and her Mom, Dad & brother were happy for her. Our son, who I wasn’t sure would even wear the bracelet, loves it and his 2 young daughters are excited that their Dad is wearing a bracelet with their names on it. His wife, our daughter-in-love, loves it, too. And my husband & I are happy as well as their happiness brings us joy, too. Thank you Theo Grace Team, we’ll be ordering from you again and are spreading the word to our family and friends about our wonderful experience in purchasing Theo Grace jewelry and products.

I did like the design and quality of the bracelet I ordered for the Father’s Day. It took longer than I expected to receive the bracelet but the date was specified in the e-mail. Overall I had a good experience with Theo Grace.

I recently had to replace a bracelet I purchased with warranty. The response back after I submitted my request was in about 30 minutes. I was apologized for the damaged product and had my claim processed quickly. I had confirmation of a new bracelet being made the next day. Best experience I’ve had with customer service in a long while.

I choose this piece because it was a gift for someone who loves pearls. This being "Mother of Pearl" I knew she would love it, and she did. I chose the Bee Locket in gold.
The photo and inscription were done to perfection. Packaging was absolutely lovely.

The jewelry I purchased was high quality and looked the same as the photo. I bought a Hebrew name necklace and have received many compliments. I had ordered for my daughter previously and all went very smoothly. With this item there was an issue at customs and I received a package from a totally different company! Theo Grace customer service was great. They recreated my necklace and rushed it to me. I got it very quickly. Excellent customer service.
