Terrible customer service nothing as advertised
The item I ordered was not as described and expected. I understand since it was personalized I could return it for store credit. Which is fine. Their customer service has been a nightmare to deal with… they are slow to respond and must use ai because most responses are not like messaging with a real person and most do not even pertain to what I’ve written in my request for help. They tried to get me to pay for an upgraded protection/sizing plan instead of just giving me my return labels to return the item for store credit. They are extremely slow to respond it’s truly ridiculous especially since they are being so difficult about returning an item they said would be able to returned per their website. Buying trendy jewelry should be fun and easy. Returns the same. They have made this shopping experience terrible and turned a possible return customer into someone who would never want to purchase again.

I love the Galaxy necklace. At first, I ordered the gold plated necklace but I was not happy with the finish so I notified customer service and that team explained how to return it. Did not have one problem when I returned the necklace and I love the silver necklace.

This is my second bracelet from Theograce. The first one a charm fell off and was lost. Also had some gold where off in a few places. I contacted them and they responded immediately back. I sent them some pictures. It was under warranty so they quickly offered me a new one at their expense. I was very pleased and also shocked that they would do this. I love my grandma bracelet. The quality is elegant.
