This company is a scam. My husband spent almost $800 on a 14k gold necklace
First, the font on the necklace is so large it looks like a cheap children’s necklace, secondly the chain is paper thin and incredibly cheap. I’m appalled by the product and even more appalled this company will not offer a refund. If you truly preach “100% satisfaction” and are a legitimate company with high demand, there should be no problem refunding us for something we are beyond dissatisfied with.

I found the exact necklace I was looking for. Looks beautiful appears to be sturdy and is very feminine and graceful. We definitely do business again.

Actually my review would be a zero! We’ve been trying to make a return for a credit for at a least 2 weeks now and the email customer service system is horrible!! No info on how to return the item nor being issued a credit for the return! No phone number to reach the company! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

The pieces were great quality and shipped fast. Customer service was easy to get ahold of. I had messed up my order and they corrected it right away and my order was sent to me perfectly.

All of the designs are beautiful but the one I picked is absolutely gorgeous. I will be ordering from Theo Grace again!!

The quality of the item is very good. The only downside was there were some hiccups with the delivery,but theo & grace customer service responded quickly and the item was delivered almost a week prior to the original delivery date.

I've ordered several pieces, at least 10 and I am in love and extremely satisfied with each piece!! I've also had interactions with customer support and have nothing but wonderful things to say about each experience with them!!! I absolutely love this company and my pieces 🙂!!

I have wanted a necklace with the names of my children for a long time, so when my husband offered to order one for me, I knew exactly the one I wanted.
When the necklace arrived today I was so pleased. I took a picture of it and sent it to my 4 children. Then I put it around my neck and admired it in the mirror. I will be proud to wear this.
