What made my experience great is that the bracelet is beautiful and very meaningful to me. I loved being able to personalize it with charms that represent my son, and it arrived looking lovely. It's already one of my favorite pieces of jewelry.
What the company did well is they offered unique personalization options and creating quality pieces that customers can cherish for years.

I ordered a bracelet for my dad for father's day in advance to prevent any issues. This was my first time ordering from Theo Grace and will be my last. The bracelet ended up fitting my wrist, so I knew it would be too small for my dad's wrist. They only had one size on the website- 8.3 or 8.6 and according to Google, it should fit. I expected to remove links, not scramble to get more added.

I reached out to customer service and they weren't helpful. They told me the two options were to get store credit or exchange the item. I told them multiple times that I wanted to keep the item. I asked about purchasing links to extend it, they said that's not an option. I asked to speak with a manager and they sent me a shipping label. Lol. I'm still laughing at that one.

I gave 2 stars because the bracelet arrived with the names listed and spelled correctly. I don't know if it'll tarnish. I do know that I will not be ordering from this company again. I haven't had any issues with Dorado in the past. I ended up reaching out to another company that had great customer service and helped me problem solve. Theo Grace's website says "satisfaction guaranteed", and that's a lie.
