All the jewelry I have ordered has been very nice. Beautiful pieces, that come in lovely gift boxes. I have received so many compliments on my jewelry. The only piece I'm a little disappointed in is the earrings I received, which were much smaller than I expected. I will still wear them, just wish they were larger. Love the products.

I bought 2 customized pieces of jewelry for my nieces who are graduating college. I really wanted to get them something as special as they are. Both pieces really sparkle and the weight and size is sturdy, yet feminine. The engraving in easily visible. My nieces are going to love them! The gift packaging is a pretty powder blue and so nice. Thank you for working to make sure I received it before I left the country for the Graduation!

Absolutely love my necklaces! Great quality and stunning! Also, customer service is 10/10. My husband ordered me a necklace for mother day and I needed to add to my order. Anne with hesitation got the job done. Very pleasant experience and will be ordering from them again.

I got the nameplates necklace in vermeil gold with my 2 sons names & my husbands in the middle with 2 small diamonds in between. It lays perfectly, i plan to wear this most of the time & layer other necklaces with it. I can’t say enough how much i love this necklace. It’s the 4th one I’ve purchased from Theograce & won’t be the last.
It came a few days earlier than it said & I’m so happy it did. It’s packed in a pretty blue box with small cleaning cloth. The jewelry is unique & i love how so many pieces can be personalized. These pieces make thoughtful gifts, I’ve already given my sister the bee pendant with a picture of us in it & an inscription. She wears it all the time.
I don’t think anyone will be disappointed in purchasing or receiving this jewelry, the quality is great!

I ordered a bracelet with my kids names on it. I was so excited to get it but when I opened it and picked it up it weighed nothing. Like I was wearing papercilp bracelet. It is very pretty but it’s costume jewelry. The amount I paid is not worth the bracelet, I bought a Tiffany real silver that I wear all the time around water and for the same price I get this bracelet that I can’t wear around water or it will turn. Customer service is very nice but they would only exchange it since it was engraved. What’s the point of exchanging a bracelet for the same quality for the same price that I’m unhappy with. Makes no sense. I am stuck with a bracelet that I paid a fortune for that is real cheaply made, that will eventually turn colors on me. Unreal. I won’t be buying any more from them.

This is my third piece from this company and I have been impressed by both the quality and the customer service! In a sometimes difficult choice of what company to trust. This one stands out. Well done.
