Ordered a necklace for my wife, the necklace is a gold chain with a letter C and an aquamarine charms. It can’t be ordered without the charms. My wife ended up not liking the necklace, and Theograce will not accept the return because it was “personalized”charms was placed on a necklace. Nothing was engraved, these things can be taken off and put on a different necklace. Seriously don’t waste your money with this company, seems like they will do whatever it takes to keep your money by only accepting a return for in store credit. Seriously find another company, wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

Beautiful jewellery & good service

Wanted to gift myself for my birthday and Mother’s Day. Bought 2 bracelets. One with my kids names and one with my grandkids names! Love them!

I recently had to arrange a replacement necklace and Totem bar, and the customer service I received was exceptional. The team was highly responsive, organised my replacement immediately, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated their prompt assistance and excellent communication.

Theo grace handled my order very well . I noticed I had misspelled a name and I contacted them. Their reply was very prompt and the issue taken care of. The jewelry itself is very nice , price decent. The only PROBLEM I find, the clasp on the necklace is not age friendly, for us older people. Clasp end and chain where it hooks are very small. Otherwise, I recommend this product.

I had an issue with one of my orders arriving late after paying for expedited shipping and I reached out to customer service for assistance and they offered me a gift card or free gift for my troubles. The jewelry itself is of good quality and I love that each item comes in a sturdy esthetic blue box with a mini cloth to keep it shiny.

I hemmed & hawed for weeks before purchasing my silver Rory chain charm bracelet and now I wish I hadn’t waited so long. It’s gorgeous and I’ve been complimented on it several times (especially on where I purchased it). The quality is excellent and so fairly priced. I did not need to contact Customer Service for any reason (ordering & product delivery was flawless) but I’m pretty sure that if I needed to, that service would very likely mirror the Theo Grace products they sell: first in class!
