Would’ve given 5* but……. Nothing at all wrong with the product in fact our daughter has bought these bags before, the reason I didn’t give 5* is the wait of 8 yes 8 days from order to delivery yet wit... Ver mais

I was kept informed about the delivery times. The bags are well made and the sentiments and drawings are both amusing and clear

Product is just the job, it’s a pity about the delivery company that you use, they are useless. My parcel was delivered to wrong address!

These bags are indeed great, hard-wearing (had previous one for years) and a useful size. I have only deducted one star as the shipping cost to Northern Ireland was shown as £6.99 rather than the £3-o... Ver mais

Great bags

Great bags, good selection, quick delivery and reasonable postage. I bought bags a long time ago when they were the good bag company. Nice to know they are still in business.

Delivery very slow

Can't complain about the actual bag, it's great quality and I have bought many of them. I am very disappointed with the time it took to get the bag.
On the website it says 48hr tracked. I ordered the bag as a gift for my cousin early (before 9am) on Monday morning. It has just arrived today, Saturday afternoon and was not dispatched until Thursday 27th. It was needed yesterday Friday. It has arrived too late now.

Sincere apologies Jayne, my wife was in hospital for an op this week which has put us behind on shipping - it arrived in 5 days from order, which is longer than we would usually achieve.
I've refunded you the postage charge as a gesture but if you do want to return the bag also please contact us - sales@thesebagsaregreat.co.uk.
Otherwise we're pleased you're happy with the quality but sorry again about the delivery time.

Apologies Mary, we've just checked and the bags shipped on 9/2 - we'll chase the courier and resend if there is an issue. Who hope you'll be a few stars more satisfied when you receive them!

Great product

Great product. Could really do with using a different courier as Evri service is less than wonderful.

Resposta da These Bags Are Great

Thanks Noel, totally understand that Evri have their issues, but their failure rate of our parcels is less than 0.5%, which is better than Royal Mail (it's is a shame, but true in our experience!).
