House Sale
An easy to use and simple tool with clear guidance, one of the best I’ve seen (I am a retired anti-money laundering practitioner). There were a few teething issues with my wife’s access but these were resolved by helpful staff.

Does it have to be a phone app?…
It’s not possible to upload documents with lots of pages as it is only an app, no website. Uploading 1 page documents and passports is straightforward.
Also, the first time I tried to ring to explain the problem ( it was a tenancy agreement, no one answered. The 2 nd time I rang, the phone was answered promptly.
