Completely satisfied

I was pleased to find the Vortice air extractor after so long (first one fitted in 1985).
Thomas ED posted the itemwell packaged and it arrived within 2 days. Completely satisfied.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Placed first order for an item that was in stock for next day delivery a few weeks ago and got confirmation, then next morning a refund with no explanation.

Emailed to ask what the issue was I was told that the item wasn't available after all and it must have been a stock error. Later that day received a "your item has dispatched" email along with a tracking number. No item arrived, so not sure what that dispatch email was about.

Roll forward to this week and gave them another chance, placed order Monday for an in stock item for next day delivery. Got order confirmation and dispatch email with tracking number. Next day (Tuesday), no parcel, tracking shows item hasn't reached RM network yet. Emailed to ask what was going on, no response.

Wednesday, still no parcel, tracking still shows item not received by RM network yet. Still no response to previous email. Emailed again, no response again.

Raised claim on PayPal to get my money back. Will stick to my usual wholesalers in the future and avoid these time wasters.

Robin Hood electrical distributors

Ordered on eBay it’s now nearly two weeks late. They have no idea where order is and have stopped communicating with me. They want the item to arrive and me to send it back to get a refund but they have no idea where the item is or when it will arrive. Biggest crooks I’ve ever experienced

Great experiance

Got an email shortly after ordering, they don't have item in stock, but can probably get it next day. Two days later, item is sitting here with me. Very happy, and excellent price.
