Been a longtime customer for roughly 7…

Been a longtime customer for roughly 7 years or so and they (Thrive Themes) had a problem with processing payments. Got sent a link that did not work from the get go to solve the issue. Got tired of dealing with the support and did not get back to them for some time, but now again tried to get a functioning link so I could get my thrive Suite package deal back as it was before Thrive Themes own issues with their payment processing. It's a hard stop no from them even though they were the cause of the issue in the first place. This company has just gotten worse and worse over the years. No goodwill to long time loyal customers who they cause problems for, support that is many times scattered and slow to reply etc. Go with a better solution for your website, one that is more customer oriented and that does not try and blame the customers for their mistakes. Worthless!

Fast and Friendly

The products of Thrive Themes are amazing. I am not technical at all, but I managed to build 7 websites with Thrive Themes. If you need support, the people from the helpdesk work fast, with endless patience and they are very friendly.

Thrive Themes... Rocks!

I reached out to Thrive Theme's support. I was having a an issue with one of my websites.

I received help and guidance from Belen at technical support.

Belen, took the time to find out what the problem was and to give me a correct diagnosis, leading to being able to fix the problem.

A BIG thank you to Belen, And to everyone over at Thrive Themes.

I have been a very happy Thrive Themes customer for more than 10+ years. They are at the top of the game.

Outstanding Support!

Maria provided excellent support during my various requests. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis which gave me the sensation that I was really being looked after. So thank you again - I was very happy with the support provided!

I have been a customer of Thrive Themes…

I have been a customer of Thrive Themes for over 10 years. There are 2 main reasons for that. One is that their products are top-notch and constantly being upgraded, and the second is their outstanding customer service. Recently, I had a service issue simply because I just didn't know what to do at the time, and they gave me specific directions for how to solve the issue. They constantly got back to me to make sure my issue was solved. Best service ever.

Thrive Themes support and products are amazing....

I've always had amazing support from Thrive Themes. This latest request was done outside of posted service hours, on the weekend. I was not expecting a reply until sometime Monday but received a reply on the weekend and the issue is being resolved. Going on 12 years with Thrive Themes and like I said I've always had amazing support. Highly highly recommend Thrive Themes. The product is amazing, if you use WordPress consider Thrive Themes.

Thrive’s support team is 100% amazing. They respond quickly, they’re highly skilled, and they’re willing to go the extra mile to help. For example, they helped us with issues on a page that had nothing to do with Thrive Themes. So we’re extremely satisfied. Thank you for your help and your time Horea 👌

Toller Kundenservice

Ich benutze ThriveThemes seit 5 Jahren und habe den Support immer wieder mal in Anspruch genommen. Was soll ich sagen... der Support ist wirklich super und macht sich viel Mühe, das Problem des Kunden zu lösen. Habe durchweg nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Man erhält schnell eine Antwort und meine Probleme wurden noch immer gelöst. So geht "customer centricity"!

Und vor allem...man hat es mit Menschen aus Fleisch und Blut zu tun. Diese Qualität kann kein KI-Chatbot ersetzen. Bei vielen andern Anbietern von digitalen Produkten hat man den Eindruck, wenn der Kunde gekauft hat, dann will man keinen persönlichen Kontakt mehr zu ihm und speist ihn mit mehr schlecht als recht funktionierenden Chatbots ab.
Der persönliche Kontakt zum Kunden im Support ist durch nichts zu ersetzen. Liebes TT-Team, behaltet das unbedingt bei. Das ist ein echtes USP in der digitalen KI-Welt.
Nebenbei...auch die TT-Produkte sind wirklich gut.

Great tech support

Happy to work with ThriveThemes for editing wordpress. But the reason I'm writing this today is because I had a fantastic customer support experience. I had a bit of a billing hiccup and they responded within a short time and helped me sort it very kindly and accurately. With tech stuff, the support is so important, and it wasn't just a chat bot but a very capable lady helping me. Well done!
