The most important value for me is time. Thrive answered in less than half an hour and solved my Problem completely.
And not just for the first time. I needed the support several Times and the Team helped me each time fast and professional

I had a technical issue trying to get my site looking good on mobile as well as PC, and the help I received was way above what I expected. The person helping me, Horea, not only solved my problem, but worked on the rest of the page too. I received a video explaining everything that had been done! From that, I learned some more efficient way to do things than the way I'd been doing them! So, some good lessons learned, and problems solved efficiently and very quickly. Thank you Horea, fantastic service!

I would give a rating higher than 5 if that were possible. The assistance Maria provided was stellar and her resolution of my concern went far above and beyond what I expected. The customer service she provided was exceptional and kind and second to none. Rare and refreshing to get this level of customer service.

I've been using Thrive Themes for years now and their products are a constant in an ever-changing environment in that they are reliable and deliver the flexibility I need in my WordPress site. Plus I actually enjoy interacting with their support team! I always receive prompt, friendly support and so far, there hasn't been an issue they haven't been able to resolve. Just excellent.

I haven’t found a company that matches Thrive Themes for personalised support. Building and maintaining a website is an ongoing process, and sometimes you need real help. Their team consistently goes above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Blackmail.
Plain and simple.
New owners will kill this once great business under Shane.
Was and only ever was capped at $249 (event that price point is debateable)
After years of loyalty, new owners came in WP.
Instantly tried to increase (double) my annual subscription.
When challenged made out that they could agree the original $249 but made a heavy point of claiming that if not renewwed on tim it would increase to $599 a year (never EVER was this much)
Following year, I tried to renew well ahead of my renewal, and had no choice but to accept their new $599 price point.

tHERE ARE MUCH BETTER AND MORE ABLE WYSIWYGs available. ELEMENTOR is the best we have found.

NEVER will we do business with any products from WP again.

Do youself a favour, savfe afortune and prevent yourself being blackmailed by going with Elelmentor.

I wouldn't have know it till I left, but there are MUCH MUCH MUCH better builders out there. Ones that include AI Wireframes and at a fraction of their exploitative price point.

The guys a greedy idiot. If you work there leave. If he's a bell to his customers I bet he's even nicer to work for.
