My Mum took her car in to the Holt branch to get the exhaust fixed. She had been to a Ford dealership previously and was told it needed an exhaust (they didn't charge anything) but they couldn't fit it in till end of August (another long story). When she got back to Thurlow Nunn they told her they had looked at the car and it needed a new exhaust, and that would be £84 please....just for 'diagnosing the problem'. Totally unacceptable.

Paul Eaton was my sales advisor and I was very happy with the service provided. I knew exactly what I did and didn't want and although Paul advised me of additional extras available, he wasn't pushy and accepted my requests.

I dont call £88.00 for a pair of winscreen wipers (written evidence from Thurlow Nunn) acceptable when the same thing is £19.99 in Halfords, to make worse I am told we are going to fail you MOT if you dont have them fitted, tis is nothing short of blackmail is this the way Thurlow Nunn conduct their business, ?????

I would recommend Thurlow Nunn Northampton because the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free, and I felt well looked after throughout. The service was excellent, and I’d happily recommend them to friends and family.

I was pleased with Thurlow Nunn Great Yarmouth and would recommend them because of the quality of the vehicle versus others of similar ages and mileage. Mostly however I was impressed by Amy Hinton the sales person representing Thurlow Nunn; she was super communicative and very helpful!

I went to Thurlow Nunn in Northampton to look at a used car i'd seen on-line. I've had bad experiences with other dealers previously but Florin Strujan was a great salesman, very knowledgeable, open, honest and accomodating. The result was that I bought the car and had a deal that we were both happy with. Florin went on to show and demonstrate the car thoroughly and helped us to set-up and connect all the bells and whistles. Not all sales people are dodgy and Florin is not just a good salesman, his level of customer care is much better than most. I would absolutely use Thurlow Nunn, Northampton again and I have no hesitation in recommending Florin as a salesman. He is a great asset to the company.

I have written an extensive report about Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes. They charged me £129.00 for a free "health Check" on my car, which had software issues. They produced a quote for £3975. of which £666.67 was to investigate the software issues. At least 50% of the issues they reported were not necessary. They offered no support no courtesy and didn't even contact Vauxhall warranty service. Despite the fact that I had a comprehensive Vauxhall Warranty that eventually covered all the required repairs. Which I got completed at a different Vauxhall dealership. When I complained to Vauxhall Customer Care they said I had no grounds for complaint.
