Great experience with Ticketsource. Booked tickets for Othello at Grimsthorpe Castle in July but didn’t receive a confirmation or e-tickets. Contacted the Support Dept, who replied straight away, on a Sunday, to confirm that my email address wasn’t correct but all my details were available and they were able to amend my details and forward the e-tickets. Would highly recommend Ticketsource

I emailed ticket source Sunday evening about missing tickets, automatic response immediately. By 9.45 Monday morning problem was resolved by Shane and I received my tickets. Perfect!

We had a situation that caused an issue with a couple of bookings in an event a year ago. This time I wanted help to try and mitigate this problem for this year's event. The venue postponed our show on June 25 due to the heat alert. I got a timely email from Ticketsource to let me know this would be happening, and then a second email confirming the new date. As I couldn’t make the changed date I needed a refund; I contacted TicketSource to let them know this, got my refund within a couple of hours and an email to confirm this had been done. So much better than other ticketing service providers that make it almost impossible to contact them, and can be very slow (and require multiple requests) to sort out refunds.

I never leave reviews, but I had to do it for Ticketsource. As an event organizer who's been using it for the past 7 months organizing several events every week, it's been a great experience so far.

The breadth of features is extremely convenient : the ability to embed URLs is amazing for WhatsApp group communication, the refund system removes the headaches of having to cancel paid events, the ability to customize the confirmation email after ticket purchase, little to no bugs...the list goes on.

The interface itself can seem a bit old-fashioned at first, but once you get used to it you can fully appreciate how customisable your events are. I also particularly appreciate how responsive and understanding the Support team is. It’s so rare it has to be emphasized! Pop them a message, and they usually reply within an hour, and they always efficiently answer whatever query/issue you’re facing.

There are certainly some things I would change (the interface is a bit clunky at times ; the fact that saving an event, after edits, brings you back to the event menu for example, slows down the process) and features I wish would be added in the future (changing languages per event, ticket bundles that apply to multiple events, to name a few).

But as it stands, you’re getting a powerful, reliable and highly functional ticketing system, that (in my experience having tested many other similar platforms) might just be the best in the market.

I had inadvertently deleted the email with my tickets and emailed asking for them to be resent. They responded very promptly and resent the email. Very impressive and great service

Website was ridiculously confusing, no set of instructions, nor clear layout. Seriously who came up with this shit.

Quick to respond, communicative and friendly

I made a small error when entering my email address and therefore didn’t receive my confirmation email. I emailed for support and Chloe had located the error and resent my tickets in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use TicketSource again. Many thanks!
