We were looking for GPS provider that could give us the visiability for all our equipment. We have forestry equipment, civil equipment and transport trucks that operate in areas where there is no cellular service. Titan provided us a complete package for all our requirements and have proven their professionalism.

I have reached out to the person that is in charge of my account and they and the billing department are ignoring my emails. I have decided to cancel my account with Titan GPS and find a different provider that will be able to answer my questions and assist me with my needs

The tech support team is seriously outrageous!! Not only does Stephanie (and Zachary) provide solutions quickly but I always learn something I didn't know. They're always helpful, always thorough and above all else, they're just good people. And this is why whenever there's an issue or something I can't fully understand, I never stress, because they're always on the other side of the phone they ALWAYS provide a solution and explanation that's easy for anyone to understand.

We have had a lot of issues with the monthly data being compiled for our fleet, Lisa was the savior on many occasions. When we tried to get a hold of our rep it was almost impossible. We would call Lisa and she would look after us. Thank you for all your help Lisa!! Ten stars for you

Lisa Cheshire is my go to at titan customer service. From time to time tech gets buggy or malfunctions and Lisa is a total pro at resolving issues and making the log easy to use. She understand the trucker issues and ELD/ log issues backwards and forwards. 5 stars Lisa.

Seems to work well for the most part. Tech support can be slow getting back to you
Not sure why system has to be synced all the time . Have used others in the past with no syncing. Bluetooth may be hard to connect. Have had issues with that .
Logging in or out can be troubling if wifi is poor then having to use hot spot

The product is amazing, but its the customer service that will keep you here! We switched from two different companies. One was just a GPS tracker and the other was an ELD. We were looking for a company that did it all and finally ran across Titan. I'm so glad we did. From the initial phone calls, to the follow ups, to the customer service when i forget to click a button. You can't ask for a BETTER company to help you with all your tracking needs!
