I spoke to a person named mish for help solving my debt and he was really helpful and good customer service.

A very patient and calm call handler/agent who talked to me like a human being even though I was super upset/angry. Ironically the ladies name is Patience.
Patience by name patient by nature.
Im so relieved that my account will at last be cleared within months.

Absolutely cursing service … making tricks to pay different then what their email suggest …

Contaced me via letter, email, calls and texts which is fine..they also illegally breached GDPR by emailing my 15 year old daughter and several other email addresses I use. These were not given to the creditors and TM have no right to go looking around for data like that..if they are going to apply for a CCJ they should just go ahead as threatened because I have more priority debts that need dealt with...regardless of my poor money management skills they have no right to message other emails, let alone a 15 year old girl with full details of my name. Address, date of birth, debt amount, who its for and everything else

The man I spoke to was amazing and helped me with giving me other organisations to help me with my finances and my mental health as the reason am in this position is I sadly lost my husband to cancer in march very quickly but he was very sympathetic and understanding witch has really helped me face other things I need to do.

I honestly couldn’t put into words how grateful I am for the help I received from this lovely lady over the phone. She went above and beyond to listen to me, understand what I was going through, and help me when I genuinely felt overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do.

She was so patient, kind, understanding and reassuring. She never made me feel like I was a burden or that my questions were too much. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made what felt like an impossible situation feel manageable.

Sometimes you speak to someone for only a short amount of time, but the kindness they show can make such a huge difference. That’s exactly what she did for me. I came away from the call feeling listened to, supported and genuinely cared about.

We forget at times we are human everyone everywhere is experiencing something no matter how big or small that could be affecting them in more ways then one, remembering were human and have compassion is something I believe this company shows unquestionably every trait of that if you yourself show that too

This is the third time this company have come after me for someone else's debt, they just take a scatter gun approach, contacting anyone with the same name, appalling company!
