When I contacted customer support to inform them that an item was missing from my order, they essentially told me I was lying and refused to refund or replace the item.

This is why you say you won’t refund if it’s delivered to the wrong address
Your nothing but scammers
I’ve also found posts on a scammer page where this exact bogus address has been given to people as return addresses for different businesses
I will be getting my money back through my bank
People do not believe any of these positive reviews the positive reviews are garbage

Buyer beware!

I purchased a T-shirt which arrived a couple of weeks later. Initial quality seemed ok at first but after a couple of washes and light use, the fabric started to develop holes and is obviously not of a good quality.

When attempting to arrange a refund I was offered only 10% of the value of the sale back, which is completely unacceptable for a defective product.

Shame on me for not doing my due diligence on this company before purchasing, as after visiting TrustPilot is seems clear that this company is a low quality knock off of a similarly named but much better reviewed company, based on the evidence:

- Dishonest returns and refund policy
- One single generic autogenerated response to all complaints
- Positive reviews bear many hallmarks of being AI / bot generation

I'll be opening a payment dispute with my payment processor. Recommend to avoid this company.

Received the order, the image was terrible quality, really blurry image and for the money I paid this is not acceptable. I contacted customer support and was offered a 5% refund. Again not good enough for the money I paid. Would strongly advise against using this company

Never received my t shirt and a fake phone number was provided to contact the courier. DO NOT BUY HERE

I didn't do my due diligence looking in to this company, and placed an order with them during their 1 year anniversary sale. After some more reading, I tried to cancel my order, and they are refusing while making it look like they are cooperating but making up "fees" to take some of my money. I'm sure that they will not actually cancel it regardless of fees, and then use the excuse that the order has been shipped so I must return it.

Their returns and refunds policy on their website clearly states that if you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. I emailed them 8 hours after placing my order. They offered me a canvas bag and asked me not to cancel it. I refused, telling them I wanted to cancel it. Now they're saying that they will keep a 5% "fee" as the order has been processed and packed. I am sure that this is just to delay me long enough for them to send a package out so that they can claim they can't refund me.

Unless I receive a full refund from them I'll be raising a dispute with my bank, and reporting them to SHOPLINE Payments in the hope that they will refuse to work with this fraudulent company.

I wonder how many great deals I've missed out on by not finding Tokyocanvas until now. I am really excited with what I've found so far. It's now my favorite website. I'm surprised!

First time I made a purchase on this site, I had won a gift certificate for that site. That was a very positive experience, and I have been buying items from Tokyocanvas ever since

Bought two shirts, received both. Shirt fabric itself is nice quality, from what I can tell.
First shirt: AI generated elements used on the design, which I didn't notice when I purchased. May not matter to some, but it matters to me.
Second shirt: low quality, low-res blurry print. Small image that was enlarged to put on a shirt, looks like crap.
Contacted support, offered nothing but a 5% refund, was told the customer is responsible for return shipping and that it's too much to be worth it to send back to China, even though the website says the company will cover return shipping costs.

Such a disappointment - mainly due to customer service. Ordered 3 tshirts, 2 I loved but 1 was clearly a lo resolution print and looked dreadful. I requested a refund for this 1 item but my initial request was refused and it took so much communication to get a fraction of the cost back. Also it seems they are in China not Tokyo like their website says?! I know this because initially they wanted me to pay to return the tshirt.

Did not recieve any order or tracking number, requested a refund after I realized this was a bogus site and have not received any response. Also these designs are ripped from catdistributor on etsy and any positive reviews of this site are clearly botted.
