I’d like to thank Tommee Tippee for their customer service. After my previous complaint, they kindly sent me a new electric breast pump. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but I hope it works well. I really appreciate that my concerns were heard and addressed—thank you again for following up and providing a replacement.

I contacted tommee tippee because I was missing a part of my breast pump and wanted to purchase another. Immediately, no questions asked, they sent it to me in the mail for free! It came a few days later. So great!

Helpful and clear communication.
I used the Facebook chat function. It was easy to use and meant I wasn't on hold and could pick up and put down my phone as needed with a young one at home. I spoke to Rowan who was super helpful and communicated with me clearly.

I’ve ordered three of the glass bottles…
I’ve ordered three of the glass bottles after being using the plastic ones for months. I was excited about moving to glass and using the same way of sanitation.
The bottles don’t close properly and every time I put them in the microwave the leads pop.

Excellent experience with support tesm…
The wearable pump didn’t work on my breast. We realized it was not for me as I am able to get more milk with the double one o manual one.
At the same time, my experience with support team was excellent. They helped me and answered all my questions to discover what I said before. Thank you so much!

Best customer service around! Their products are great, but on the off chance that one stops working/is faulty they are so prompt and understanding. My pump stopped working and they quickly sent me a new one.

I still haven't recieved order, its been almost 2 week. I tried contacting tomme tippee but didn't get proper response why there's been delay, still waiting for the response from tomme tippee what was the issue and when will i be receiving my order. Really disappointed on the service.

Avoid Couriers Please at all cost
Tommee Tippee uses Couriers Please to deliver their products.
Unfortunately Couriers Please is one of the worst delivery services. I can't even contact them about my parcel
For some reason the Post Office refused to accept my parcel and now I can't even contact Couriers Please. They have no phone number, you can only leave a message on their bot chat.
I will be avoiding Tommee Tippee and Couriers Please in the future

This machine is great for early morning feeds, makes it much easier to get my son fed.
Only room for improvement is with the postage. They uses Couriers Please who have 1.4 stars on google reviews. They first lost the parcel, then didnt bother to follow up even on my enquiry email for 12 days. STOP USING THESE DEADBEATS TO POST THINGS.
Luckily the TT team sent me a new machine out after 5 days when the other one never turned up.

Order was easy, missed my discount though and contacted company, my bad luck apparently. Delivery was about a week happy with product true to description.
