Pacifier packaging
I ordered this specific pacifier in amazon even it took almost 2 weeks to come. I was so disappointed because the packaging is not up to a level for baby’s hygiene. It’s not fully sealed, it looks like anyone can make use of it or can mishandle the product.

Dog chewed part
It was difficult to find their number to call. But once I found it, the service and help was absolutely fantastic 10/10 was easy to get the part replaced and back working again (dog chewed a part)

I really thank Diego for his professional service.
I would like to thank Diego for his excellent support. My bottle steriliser stopped working, and he patiently helped me resolve the issue. The whole process was very efficient, communication was smooth, and he provided clear and helpful advice throughout. I really appreciate his professionalism and assistance.

Had an issue with a bottle and got in touch via the website chat. Was put onto a customer service rep very quickly. Kelly was a wonderful help sorting things out and organising a replacement.

Customer service the way it should be!!
Spoke with a number of different people in customer service but never once had to repeat myself etc. I required replacement flanges parts which I was trying to source but could not and then team have supplied these free of charge and got it sorted all within 12 hours. Incredible!! Thanks team

Pleasantly surprised, What more could a mum ask for :)
Very pleasantly surprised with the help and support I received with the Tommee Tippee team, I was assisted by multiple customers service team members who asked questions that helped identify the problem which was the solved with replacement. Would highly recommend the products they offer as I know they work and if I have an issues the team will be there to help as well. What more could you ask for as a mum :)
