Never had any issues, been using it for over 10 years to make calls from The Netherlands to Thailand. Clear voices and good connections.

Also pricing is very cheap, I don't it why Toolani has bad reviews, the app is extremely solid and has been for over 10 years.

Die App ist dauerhaft abgestürzt. Keine Installation mehr möglich. Das Guthaben wurde aber gerne von Toolani behalten. Mehrfache Anfragen beim Support ohne Rückantwort.

Bis letztes Jahr hat toolani für Anrufe nach Kroatien einwandfrei funktioniert, jetzt geht gar nichts mehr!
Schade, mein Guthaben ist weg. Der Support hat kurz geantwortet aber dessen Ratschlag die App neu zu installieren, hat nicht geholfen, und auch die Tips auf den Hilfeseiten waren wertlos!

This is a waste of money it doesn't work we have wasted lots of money and are trying to get back our credit. They don't respond to emails.

Nach jahrelanger positiver Erfahrung kann ich plötzlich nicht mehr telefonieren, mein Guthaben ist weg.

I was not not trying to connect with Toolani but a message opened saying I had been blocked and I should connect with the owner of the site to cancel the blockage . I have no idea how to find the site owner so I shall have to change telephone connection.

This service doesn't work. I paid credit and couldn't make any international calls. Contacted their support team several times and just received a standard message that they will get back to me. But they never did.

Seit Wochen funktionieren die Anrufe nicht mehr. Auf der Homepage bin ich geblockt?!?

Beim Nützen von toolani ist plötzlich eine komische Fehlermeldung aufgetreten, dass meine Handynummer ungültig sei (sie hat sich aber seit dem ersten Anmelden nicht geändert). Auf meine Nachricht an den Support kam keine Rückmeldung, aber eine andere Fehlermeldung ist aufgetreten, dass ich ein Bot sei. (bin ich nicht ;-)) Nach meiner neuen Nachricht an den Support kam wieder keine Rückmeldung, aber jetzt funktioniert toolani wieder wie gewohnt.

Toolani non va più e l'assistenza non funziona. Il mio credito è attivo ma non posso usarlo.

Ich habe vor 6 Wochen 20 euro für Guthaben überwiesen.
Bis heute wurden diese meinem Konto nicht als Guthaben gebucht.

Yes, it stopped working and they just took all the monies of the people who have paid for a credit. A refund should have been offered... not happy.

Funktioniert nicht mehr. Seit Jahresanfang wird keine Verbindung mehr hergestellt. Habe den Account gekündigt, keine Reaktion. Bisher kein Guhaben rückerstattet.

Nachtrag: geht jetzt wieder, ich kann wieder telefonieren. Auf die Kündigung hat aber keiner reagiert. Keine Info auf jegliche Anfragen. Es bleibt bei 1 Stern.

Used it quite often up to a year ago and it was super. As of a few days ago I tried again but calls are not connecting. Actually I hear nothing for a while then comes busy sound and the party am trying to call will find a missed call from my number.

Support - automated message and nobody reverts, so nothing from that aspect either!
Also have older parents but now cannot call them any longer.
Same can kiss my credit left goodbye.
What a disappointment!
