Efficient Service
There was a mistake on the order which was picked up straight away from their customer service and rectified which meant that I wasn't paying for something I ordered incorrectly. Prompt delivery. Great embroidery.

Excellent supplier - used over 7 years!
We have used Totalworkwear for over seven years, always found them to be responsive and able to satisfy our requirements, delivery high quality workwear with embroidery within the timescales we require. Avoid
Ordered and paid for some workshirts back in Feb. Local store closed up, still waiting for the shirts or a refund but no we one we can find will address the issue. Seem like a faceless corporation who don't care. Keep getting scripted responses. I will certainly be avoiding them in the future.

Just read how they closed up several stores and staff haven’t been paid superannuation for whole year or the last pay run. Another huge company who franchise then take no responsibility while still advertising proudly😤

7 dagen voor de bestelling over gedragen wordt aan de koerier firma en zelfs na 10 dagen is de bestelling niet in belgie. Nooit meer met total workwear! Volgens mij bestellen ze gewoon in polen waar dezelfde werkkledij wordt verkocht.Mijn vorige werkkledij van deze merk had ik daar besteld en deze was vlugger hier! Ik had beter eerst de beoordellingen gelezen over TOTAL WORKWEAR dan moest ik nu niet gaan werken in het buitenland met oude werkkledij. GEEN SERVICE EN OOK GEEN INFORMATIE!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the time it took to receive your order. We have looked into this and would like to take the opportunity to clarify that your order was passed over to our courier for delivery into Europe within 48 hours of receiving the order. Unfortunately it was held up in customs for a number of days, which is out of our control. Since Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the single market and subsequently, customs payments are due on things people living within the EU import into the EU from the UK, this means you won't have received your items until you had paid the customs amount payable on the items you purchased from us. Purchase online for items they don’t stock!
Ordered a Helly Hanson Gale jacket online and paid then Received an email stating the don’t have any stock and it would be 5 working days until they got some. The next day delivery they charge for isn’t next day from order it’s from when they have stock. Spoke to a rude woman over the phone who didn’t seem to care. Would advise people to avoid this company.

Great prices and fast delivery
Before ordering I checked the reviews and was a bit put off... however the basket and postage combined was about 20% cheaper than competitor and so gave it a go. Ordered Sunday night, items arrived Tuesday morning, happy days 😊

Ordered on the 27th Jan
Ordered on the 27th, received confirmation in accordance with their own policies, if the order was not in stock an email would be sent to inform me. I had to call to get an update on the 1st feb 23, and was then told that it would not be in stock until the end of the week due to the order coming from sweden and then dispatched, no apologies were made, a very curt response, I dont care how bad someones day is going, it was PPE, essential for most site jobs and industries, should have atleast made an effort to contact me, just shows poor customer service, and couldnt frankly give a toss about where your working earned is spent! Choose another company to buy from, their support is lacking somewhat!
UPDATE!, Your response is 2 yrs late, reinforcing the customer experience!, cmon you can do better than that!

ordered on the 8th and not even sent
ordered on the 8th, paid £4.95 for delivery although items weigh less than 500g and the order has not even been processed. With current delays with couriers most businesses would try and send out as fast as possible like we do or communicate when there is an issue.
These were for the current cold period to keep my employees hands warm so I am annoyed that choosing Total Workwear has pushed us back back a week as now i will need to find a new supplier.
I will not be using again.

Roller coaster of emotions
Placed an order for work clothes, took a while, but understandable. Received embroidered items, but jacket was ruined due to having a part of the jacket embroidered over. Spoke to customer service on email, they sorted a replacement out very quickly and apologized and said to keep the bad one (they were great).
I received the new one and all is good. About 1-2 weeks later, I received a statement by email saying that I 'owe' money for the free replacement. I just called customer service now to ask what was going on and tried clarifying what it was about. I was told to ignore it and that it was wrong, but also told that I 'don't know anything' I can't tell in what way she meant this but considering I was in shock being asked to pay for a mistake on their end, it did bug me that she said that when I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it.
