Can I give 0 stars? I bought an item from this company instead of Amazon to support a smaller businesd. They sold me a defective product. I asked them for a return store credit and to stand behind what they sold and they refused. We really wanted it to work, and tried several methods to test for user error. In so doing, we missed their 45 day cut off period, so we are now the proud owners of a broken piece of crap. We didn’t ask for cash, just the chance to use credit to buy another of their items. Guess.next time I want to buy something for my home, I will buy from Amazon, for cheaper,

Absolutely Avoid

Absolutely Avoid. They don't post negative product reviews - I know, I submitted one. Doesn't appear to be a legit business - there is no customer service team. The calls just drop and the emails aren't answered. Not worth it.

2 Months wait..No bedskirt.

I ordered a simple bed skirt on 9/8/2020.
After not receiving any order updates for 3 weeks, I called Touch of Class. Stated skirt on back order but would be in soon, call back.
I called back and was told skirt was there and ready to ship.
Still no email re: shipping. Called back. I was then told again that it was ready to ship and she would keep an eye on it to make sure it got processed.
Still no email or bed skirt.
Emailed customer service. No response.
After 2 months had passed my final call was made. Rep said it was on back order and they had no control over dates. I explained that it was supposed to be there ready to ship to no avail. Canceled the order.
Customer Service reps are well trained to string customers along without being held accountable.
PLEASE !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Luckily, I used Paypal for payment so they couldn't bill me up front.

Spend your money elsewhere

Spend your money elsewhere. I don't know how businesses like this stay running with such terrible (or more appropriately, absent) customer service. I've called their customer service line several times over the last few weeks, and it doesn't even work. It's just a recording, stating to call back during business hours. Every time I've called, it was within their business hours. It's a joke. I've been trying to complete my order for MONTHS. Originally ordered in June, and every 2 weeks, the "backorder ship date" just keeps getting pushed. No response from customer service after several emails, no updates, no offers of compensation in any capacity. I've also tried to leave a review several times of the product I'm trying to order, and they never post it, so now you know not to believe all the positive reviews on their products, because they don't let any of the negative ones through.

Dishonest and Horrible Customer Service

I ordered from this dishonest business. I had several gift credit cards (which I get to make online purchases), and the money left on 3 of the cards covered the purchase price. Since I had 3 cards, I called first to ask if they could combine. The girl checked with her supervisor, and told me it was no problem. The transaction took a little longer, because they had to check that each card went through. That was fine. I was just excited to be able to use the cards to get something I really wanted.The sale was confirmed with a confirmation and a delivery date. A week later, they said they wouldn't complete the order. I asked for a supervisor, and was given a recording. I left a message, and then sent the company an email. NO RESPONSE!!! They took my money and refused to deliver the product or respond to my calls and emails. They lost a customer.

The worst customer service!!

The worst customer service!!! If you order something from here . You gotta absolutely be sure or they will tack on large return fee to ship something back!! Given they are an online retailer they should be lenient with returning items and not too expensive since we cant physically see the items. They want to charge me over 30.00 to ship something back to them! Their customer service sucks too!!

The absolute worst

The absolute worst! I will never buy anything from them again.
SUMMARY
Less than positive review never posted. Tried contacting customer service through emails & calls - no response.
Then sales tax started being added on illegally.
DETAILS
I purchased 3 curtain rods. All 6 finials were bent. I returned them and received a refund (NOT an easy process).
I wrote a polite, accurate review of the product. It didn't get posted. I tried again; still didn't get posted.. I wrote an email to customer service, explaining the issue. I received no reply. I wrote another email, asking about the issue. Again, I received no response. I called customer service (on a Thursday). The rep said she would look into it and get an answer to me by Saturday, at the latest. I never heard back from anyone.

Negative reviews not being posted calls into question the accuracy of any ratings on their entire site.

Another disturbing thing happened immediately afterwards. I live in Arizona, which doesn't require the charging of sales tax by a business without nexus in Arizona. Touch of Class had never charged me sales tax on any of my orders. After trying to post the review, I placed an order. Sales tax was added to the order. I canceled the order. I created an account for my husband, with the same address. I placed an order for the exact same items and NO SALES TAX WAS ADDED! That definitely felt retaliatory, not to mention illegal.
