Beautiful piece

No idea where these bad reviews are coming from but I just received a piece of metal art and couldn't be happier. Beautiful, high quality art that was very well packaged and quickly shipped. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

DO Not risk your money with this company. They do not know the meaning of customer service - rude and nasty. Please take your money elsewhere - lost $230 with this company - please don't take a chance on them!!

You will never get the full amount back

If you have an issue with the quality, you will never get the full amount returned. When I questioned why I was not getting the tax back, customer service recalculated my return amount to include that tax. That was pretty underhanded, in my estimation. They also charged me more to ship the item to me than they charged me to FedEx for the return. Also, If they correspond with you once, do not Trust That your email will be read if you reply. They denied getting it even though I had the exact date and times they were sent.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. very rude people and they charged me $55 for shipping (even though free shipping is advertised on their web site) and an additional $39 when I refused to accept delivery from. fed ex (I needed a return label and they would not provide it I I did not pay the additional $39 I will never do business with them again

Horrible experience…pretty much a scam of a company. I placed an order, weeks later I had not received any updates so I emailed customer service. The response was that my item was no longer available and I wouldn’t be charged. Fortunately I wasn’t charged but I will never do business with this company again. Highly disappointed. The item I wanted was a high demand item that is coincidentally sold out everywhere else too. Would have been nice if the company would have had the courtesy to tell me my order was cancelled without me having to reach out. Now I can’t even find a replacement in stock elsewhere.

I would recommend buying local!

I would recommend buying from a local company or Amazon so when they do not send what you ordered, then you’re not responsible for paying a crazy amount for shipping to return the item, when you already paid to have the item shipped to you! I’ve had a business before where I sold furniture and bedding and would try and satisfy my customer’s needs. Not true with this company. Terrible service! Do not buy from this company, I had a terrible experience with them and so did others as you can see with their terrible rating.

The best at A Touch of Class …

A Touch of Class has the best therapists. Ella, Scarlett, Manisha and Katie are all very talented. I've had my manicures & BIAB, pedicures, waxing and the CACI facial really did do what it says. Love this place. I love that's its a family run business. I've never had a bad experience highly, highly recommend 👌

Orders cancelled

Orders cancelled, account cancelled - without notifying me! Error made in shipping address of order, due to auto-fill by Order processing. Order sent to wrong city - Person receiving said he would send it back (he did not - unknown by me). I proceeded on another order, but after days waiting (found out by calling-my account was closed). Great! Said I would pay or misplaced order to get reinstated. Touch of Class has NO CLASS, and was not interested. Do business with this company at your own risk.

I signed up for email notifications to…

I signed up for email notifications to get 20% off an order for $500 worth of curtains. The curtains were shipped directly from the manufacture (who does not charge shipping for an order in this amount) Touch of Class charged me $56.44 for shipping. I called them about the charge and they said they charge for shipping. I said you did not do the shipping so why did you charge me such an exorbitant amount for shipping. Their answer was" we charge for shipping if you order through us." Apparently they charge shipping whether or not they actually do the shipping. Is this legal? I was told if I wanted free shipping I should have ordered directly from manufacturer. Vermont Country Store charges $19.99 for the same order. That would have been reasonable. But $56.44 is highway robbery! So in my opinion they got back a good portion of the 20% by charging $56.44 for shipping that they didn't ship. And, they lost a customer.

Better experience than expected

After reading the reviews here, I was very skeptical about ordering. Especially because the item I wanted was about $400 for a kitchen rug. The problem was that this rug was exactly the pattern I was looking for, and I couldn't find anything comparable on the entire internet. I had a really hard time with such a high price for a kitchen rug, and the poor reviews on this site made me really think hard. In the end, I pulled the trigger and bought it. The rug arrived on time, and in good condition. But the real surprise was that the quality of the rug far exceeded what I expected. I expected a printed pattern, but instead, the pattern is beautifully embroidered, and the material is HEAVY DUTY. I expect this rug to last for many years. I originally thought that the rug was way overpriced, but now I see why it was so expensive-it is a high quality item. The material is far to thick/heavy to put in the washing machine like I did with the rug I was replacing - it will have to be shampood when cleaning is needed. Overall, this purchase has far exceeded my expectations.

Customer service sucks!

Customer service at this company is not at all helpful and they clearly don't care about repeat business!! I ordered a set of curtains and 4 valances. I received 2 left curtain panels due to a "manufacturer error" and since there is a printed border along each side, it would have looked silly to hang 2 left sides. I contacted the company and initiated the return. I then reordered the set of curtains and again paid for shipping. To get the order I was hoping for, it cost me an additional $11.15 and the company refused to provide a refund. They would only refund the cost of the returned curtains with "prorated" shipping. Why should their mistake cost me more money?? Very frustrating!

BEWARE -- HIGH RETURN POSTAGE Policy!

I paid $17.95 to receive a $361 order for a bedspread and some pillows. They charged me $27 to give me a label to return. That is ridiculous! They were going to charge me another $16 to return one of the pillows that another vendor services for them... this is crazy. They still owe me $11.89 and have now lost my future business. They do not have an amount in their Return Policy like other businesses do.

Shipping is a scam for returns

If you have a return, they charge you more than when they ship your item. I do like the product I purchased (the size just wasn’t good for where I wanted it), hence two stars instead of one, but when you charge me $16 to ship it and then $25 to return it, that has stopped me from ever purchasing from them again. Too many places offer better shipping options and I can do without for such a price increase. I’ll pay more to UPS or FedEx if I have to just to keep them from benefiting from the extra costs of returns when they’re probably sending you a $5 shipping label for $25. It won’t make or break them (or me) but maybe this review will slow shoppers from purchasing here is they have doubts on what they want to trial purchase.

Purchased an area rug (not cheap) from them. Received the rug, it was puckered and when I called them they told me to take it outside on a sunny day and let it lay in the sun! Can you believe it? Then to make matters worse, I am having one heck of a time getting my refund. I have called three times and they are full of crap

Great products if you don't mind that…

Great products if you don't mind that they don't ship on time. Placed an order, allowing ample time for shipping, and the order did not leave the warehouse a week later. 17 minutes on hold to be told "we will write up a ticket" with no hope as to when or if the order will ship. It is no fault of Fedex if your warehouse doesn't create a label and pull the order. Beyond dissapointing.

CAUTION

No support or response from anyone after two emails to customer service. Appears they have no need to respond after their 45day (everything) return period. Beautiful and unusual products but you pay a premium for them. All I wanted to know is if there was a manufacture warranty that goes beyond their 45 days. Anyone want to buy a beautiful clock for $69.00, doesn’t work anymore but its only 6 months old!

INTEGRITY, MEDIOCRITY & FAILURE

This is Part 2 of 2 related to my HORRIBLE experience with Touch of Class (TOC).

I recently built my new home (2-Story), moved-in, and decided to personally design my window treatments and started ordering through Touch of Class. This was my second order placed at TOC, as my first order went so smooth. On April 18, 2023, I quickly placed my second order and waited for my 2-Panel Corwin Gray Semi-Sheer curtains to arrive. Unlike the first order which arrived within a few days, the curtains NEVER ARRIVED at my current address. When I tracked FEDEX, the picture reflected the package sitting at my old address (I no longer have access to property).

TOC on-line automatically filtered an old address based on the receipt sent to my email. Both the SHIPPING and BILLING address was auto-filtered with the old address.

The PROBLEM is TOC should not have been successful at Billing my Credit Card if the address was incorrect. Someone at TOC must have taken the time to research and changed my Billing address (from a previous order) and charged me for the product and just mailed the product from their warehouse to an old address.

SOMEONE (FROM TOC) SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME TO VERIFY BOTH ADDRESSES WERE CORRECT BEFORE SENDING OUT and TAKING MY MONEY! This is a QUALITY ASSURANCE problem and for me an INTEGRITY problem! Although the purchase total was $63.06, it is not about money; but, PRINCIPLE and INTEGRITY!

Buyer Beware!!!

OH MY GOSH!! Looks like I am just one of the many people who were taken for a ride by Touch of Class. I ordered six large patio panel drapes that turned out not to be as described or shown on their website. Poor quality fabric and craftsmanship. Wrong color. They charged me $60 shipping to send them to me and $35 (pre-paid by me!) shipping to send them back, and then deducted those amounts from the refund. It cost me just about $100 to find out what I should have determined before doing business with this outfit. DON'T! Looks like the BBB is shaking their tree. We should all go there next.
