Toy Exchange Opiniões

Great way to exchange unwanted Lego postage for cash. A straightforward process with postage costs covered.

Responsive, fast and friendly service. Will use again!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Toy exchange this time. They did not respond to my emails, were slow to pay and paid the wrong amount to the amount agreed, I did eventually have the correct amount paid.

Quick, easy and well instructed! Really pleased with my experience with Toy exchange

It was quick and easy. Thank you

Easy to deal with, sent parcel free of charge with lots of local drop off.

Great service. Would definitely use again.

Easy to use, no quibbling. Great service

Didn’t hear anything from them until I chased them. Then I got an email & the money sent through.

Simple process to send just weigh and go on the website type in the weight and print off your label. Dpd collected and delivered really quickly, I did have to wait around 5 days to hear that everything was OK and that the quote I was given was correct and would be put in my bank account. But it's really good and will be using them again for sure.

Great way to recycle pre loved Lego and get some cash in return. Quick and easy process to follow.

Very good service and prompt payment made

Easy to navigate website and instructions easy to follow. Quick response once I had sent parcel off. Overall a great experience

Easy transaction. Paid quickly

Very easy to use and quick to turn around the whole process.

My second transaction with toy exchange and again just very simple... you get exactly what they quote you for, it's really easy to do, just print off a postage label for free and job done.

Will use again in future

The instructions and process was quick and efficient. However, this company should provide packaging. I spent 14 pounds to buy a post office box and bag. So, I only made 50% of what I could have made as the company offloads these expenses on the customer.
