Hi Ron, thank you for your honest review - we appreciate you mentioning our service was good and again apologise for Australia Post's delay due to extreme weather.

When you enquired on 22nd Nov, I responded to your email mentioning that we received your order on the evening of 15/11 and dispatched it via Express the very next morning (16/11) as per the tracking number provided. Hopefully you've been getting our email updates since then?

We have also spoken to Aus Post on numerous occasions and followed up on the enquiry that we lodged on your behalf. They are saying the delays are due to heavy rain & flooding which caused the links from Sydney-WA to be closed and 2 weeks' worth of delays. While your parcel was definitely sent out via Express, they said the increased volume and backlogs have caused even Express parcels to be delayed a few days.

We appreciate that it has been more than a few days and have been followed up numerous times including this morning before we received this review.

Australia Post Express delays of this nature are somewhat rare and out of all the carriers we've tried, they are the most reliable, fastest and most affordable from Sydney-WA. However, this one's completely outside of our control and, while I know this doesn't help you, we do apologise for your parcel being caught up in all this.

We will keep tracking the parcel and keep you posted. Once it gets posted, we will attempt to claim compensation from Australia Post for the failure to deliver according to Express Post timelines and also work something out with you for the inconvenience.

Appreciate your ongoing patience - I understand this must be a frustrating process for you and is certainly not the usual shopping experience we strive for (as many of our reviews have quoted very fast shipping due to our fast dispatch times within 24 hours), but we'll do everything we can to push things along. Please feel free to reply to our emails if we can be of further assistance in the meantime while we wait for the next update.

Update 1/12/2022:
We were just informed by Aus Post that your parcel is now on board for delivery. We will lodge a shipping refund request with Aus Post to get shipping costs refunded and will keep you posted. Also noted that your parcel was delivered today.

Update 20/12/2022:
We have finally received a credit from Aus Post and have refunded the shipping cost to you. Thanks again for your patience.
