Jackie and Beth were amazing. I have never booked an activity like this and they were very kind and supportive with all the process. They also helped me to check if there was availability in a specific date and location. It was amazing!! 5 stars!

I was nervous about booking on line because I didn't want to make any mistakes. So I booked online. Beth really put my mind at rest and reassured me that everything would go ahead as planned. Now all I hve to do is look forward to seeing my grandsons faces when they realise they will be driving a Ferrari.

Great service & very helpful staff.
I had to call as my husband's voucher had nearly run out and I needed to extend it and was having difficulty doing this via their website. Spoke to Alison who was great, and was able to sort this out for me, which I really appreciated as it would have been a shame if my husband had missed out on the opportunity to have his track day.

Mistake
I ordered two experiences by mistake. Someone phoned to book a date which is when I realised I had made a mistake. I was immediately refunded the money.

Excellent customer service
I couldn't fault the customer service received when I had to amend my booking. Very helpful and quick to follow up my phone call with the relevant information needed to change my package to a different venue.

Complete rip off
I paid almost £130 for my partner to drive three cars around a race track at the weekend. It would have been £20 less during the week but this would not have been possible for us with work commitments.
Each car he drove for 3 miles which was two laps of a course he was constantly told to slow down and change up gears despite having only gone to around 3k revs.
If you don't pay an extra £45 to remove the insurance excess, you're liable for £5000.
After driving the first car it was obvious there was no need to reduce to excess as it's apparently an 'opportunity to drive the cars' not an opportunity to drive them properly around a track. For almost £200 this was a complete rip off.

Thank you also for your response to our Information Request email we sent, this is much appreciated. We are sorry to hear that the Triple Supercar Blast driving experience at Carver Barracks you booked was not entirely to your satisfaction.
As regards to a weekend fee being applicable for this experience, this is true not just of the supplier of the experience you went on but others on our books who also run driving experiences, this is usually because the venues - which most of them do not own, only run experiences from - will charge significantly more for them to host events here on weekends, and also because they are naturally substantially busier at those times than on weekdays.
With regards to finding a suitable date that suited both yourself and your partner, dates are subject to availability, and attention is drawn to this both on the copy for this experience on our website and in our Terms and Conditions on our website.
With regards to speeds of the vehicles at the venue, the suppliers at the venue will usually require participants to follow safety procedures. We would ask customers to please do as they ask for your own safety and of those around you. The instructor may need to assist you or direct your attention in certain areas, such as acceleration and braking.
Regarding the Damage Waiver offered on the day by the supplier at the venue, this is offered to all customers so as to give peace of mind that, in the unlikely event of the vehicle(s) sustaining any damage on the day, you would not be liable for its costs of repairs, but you are not under obligation to take this.
