Small, Knowledgeable, and Friendly
Such a friendly and knowledgeable group to deal with. A very small team means that they all know what each other is doing and can support with helpful suggestions or to pick up your request when another is away.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review.
It really means a lot to hear that you value the team in that way. We do work closely together, so it’s lovely that it comes across – being able to step in for one another and make sure nothing is missed is something we’re really proud of.
Most of all, we’re glad you’ve felt supported and looked after throughout. That’s exactly the kind of experience we want to give every time.
The patience of a saint
The patience of a saint. We wanted the perfect tailor made package for our next holiday so we continually refined it - many times - with Hannah’s expert guidance. We can’t wait to now experience what we are sure will be the holiday of a lifetime. Well, until the next one.

The staff are all very friendly, listen to what your needs/budget are. They help each other on requests
Great they price match.
My husband and myself still like looking on line, we avoid the "get it today" button. We always go back to Travel By Hannah. They have even found us a better holiday and cheaper than expected.
We would use any other Travel agent
