Travel by Hannah Opiniões

We bought airline tickets to Egypt online that failed to show and by the time we tracked them down there was only a week to go till departure and the holiday was over Christmas and New Year. We had nothing booked, nowhere to stay and nothing to do. This was not a beach holiday. Not the ideal scenario for planning a trip in anyone’s book. But walked in to Travel By Hannah and with incredible, knowledge, work and dedication they pulled together an amazing family experience for us, to our specifications and with a smile. Such an amazing trip our kids asked if we could do something like this every Christmas instead of presents. Not bad for a weeks notice!! In case I need to spell it out we THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Professional and extremely helpful.
I cannot recommend Travel by Hannah highly enough.
Hannah created a Thailand itinerary for us, which we tweaked with her help from start to finish.
We felt we received excellent service and a very competitive price
Travel by Hannah go above and beyond to get you the holiday you want.
Top class.

We really appreciate the holiday deals with Hannah

The whole booking experience was 1st class, very professional service. The holiday itself was just lush, hotel was in a perfect location, pool and private beach were clean, room with a view and the food from buffet was plentiful.
Would definitely go back!!
Highly recommend Hannah Travel and we will be using again for our future trips.

Everything was as I had hoped. The accommodation and food was excellent. We really felt that we had celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary appropriately. Thank you, Travel by Hannah for your terrific service and help.

Great efficient service by Hannah as usual .

Lily was so helpful in finding us our perfect family holiday. We did all our communicating via email and this was a lot of back and forth due to my indecisiveness. Lily was so patient and committed to finding something for us. The price came up miles cheaper than any of the other leading travel companies. Really pleased and will be back to book further trips! Thank you!

Really happy with the itinerary that was put together for our trip to Japan, with super fast responses to our queries even during the holiday. We had a great time and will use Travel By Hannah again.

Very welcoming and helpful, through the whole booking process. Very speedy confirmation email of itinerary and requirements. Excellent experience lucky to have such a professional outfit in our town.

Very helpful on booking.
Had a lovely holiday with the grandkids.

Everything went according to plan. All pre booked hotels and trips worked perfectly. The trip was everything we asked for and more. It was a fabulous trip and the help and detail we were given to help us decide was excellent. The only disappointment was that, booking slightly late, we did not qualify for the personal trip book. They need 45 days notice and we only had 35. Think they could have provided this if they had chosen to.

Speedily followed up any questions and queries I had and worked hard to get me the holiday I wanted at the best price

5 🌟.
Having previously booked with Travel by Hannah we knew that their customer service is second to none . We again were not disappointed, we booked our holiday last minute and their prompt responses and eye for detail was exceptional. They got back to us quickly and arranged our holiday to Sorrento , airport hotel and parking . We are having a great holiday thank you so much x

Excellent prompt service. Hannah understood exactly what we were looking for and found some fabulous choices making the whole process an enjoyable one rather than the usual stress of having to scour the internet !

Hannah, Billy and Lily helped us find a last minute holiday and sorted everything out swiftly with lots of good advice. They even checked us in and printed our boarding passes! Can’t wait to go now.

Great Travel Agent, been doing my own arrangements, but won't be anymore! Went in with a vague of what I had in mind, and Lily quickly found six great holiday options. The holiday was great and all transfers etc worked brilliantly.

Travel by Hannah packaged an amazing holiday for us to Bali, Lombok and Singapore. All the transfers were seamless and the quality of hotels they selected was exceptional even arranging for upgrades for our son’s 21st.
I found communication to be excellent through the process and that the price of the trip considering how much was included was really good value.
I haven’t used a travel agent for years but I am now sold on sticking with this super helpful and friendly team for future trips.

Lily was very helpful and had lots of patience with us as we took quite a while to make our final choice!

Travel by Hannah offers an efficient and friendly service. This travel agency is a real find. Thank you team
