I received £240 of vouchers as a retirement gift from colleagues. You have to book through the voucher company's website at vastly inflated prices, as an example booking the exact same flight (date & time) from Bristol to Tromso with Easyjet is £417.80 for 2, booking through the voucher company (flying with Easyjet) it's £611.87 for 2, an extra £194.07. Their customer service don't seem to care when questioned, do yourself a favour & avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute rip off. Was given a voucher to use as a birthday present. A Ryanair flight cost me £89.50, I assumed this was with priority. When I went on to the Ryanair app it wasn't so, I had to add priority bringing my overall cost to around £150 and that does not include a seat if I want to choose my seat I have to pay again.

When I added my flight to the Ryanair app it showed the actual cost was only £48 for the basic fare. So the amount travel gift charged would have covered the whole priority flight had I done it properly through Ryanair. Absolute scammers!

BIGGEST SCAM I think I've seen anywhere. Flight prices on Travelgift are more than double what they are on the the actual Flight websites - example: Jet2 Flight £49 - same flight with travelgift £125. You lose every time... they can't lose. My voucher was a gift from my children. I'm so angry and upset that the money that work hard for was so wasted. TRAVELGIFT ARE ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS and I will be spreading the word..

I know reviews are from people that have had bad experience but please don’t use.

Tried to book an attraction on two separate occasions but the website just timed out. Called customer service who were really good, spoke to the IT department who said there wasn’t a problem. The CS agent tried and confirmed there was. Was told the problem was fixed twice and to keep trying but on every occasion it failed. I was eventually told that the attraction was sold out even though I could buy direct.

The website is very slow and takes ages to get anywhere, that’s if it doesn’t time out before. The IT department are unable to confirm why this happens.

Understand that vouchers have 24 months expiry, however, I tried twice on 2 random occasions and both times the website had problems. It doesn’t give me hope that I will actually be able to use the voucher.

I don’t believe this website is genuine and would recommend going direct or sticking to more well known voucher websites.

The customer service was brilliant but you don’t buy someone a voucher for good customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I would.

DO NOT PURCHASE

The website is trash, selections rarely have prices and ask you to contact via email/phone. When they are priced on the website the prices are inflated.

Customer service is not helpful 😒.

Waste of money.... almost impossible to redeem
