I am writing this as an update of my last review of TravelMe360
Since writing the previous review there have been improvements. It now seems possible to ring the main phone number and someone will answer, which obviously makes everything simpler and is a super improvement. Everything is a slow process with this company, but I believe they do their best to be caring and attentive. They have worked hard to resolve my issues and for that I am grateful. Hopefully they will continue to provide good customer service and the company will go from strength to strength. May I add in reply to Travelme360, my own experience with your company caused me a great deal of stress. Whilst you have now cancelled my holiday and refunded me some of the money paid it has not been a nice experience. I am glad the other customer received a satisfactory response from your company. I do believe you have taken on board some of my comments as you are now easier to contact, but I personally wouldn’t feel happy booking with your company again.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We really appreciate you acknowledging the improvements we've made, especially with our communication.
We just wanted to gently mention that your original review was based on an experience that didn't actually affect your own booking. Your documents were all provided successfully and on time, and your holiday plans have been well looked after. The situation you referred to involved another passenger and has since been fully resolved with whatever necessary.
We completely understand that seeing a negative review from someone else can be worrying, but we hope you feel reassured knowing your own experience with us has been smooth and hassle free.
We're glad you've seen the progress we've made and we'd love to welcome you back again in the future.

Transilvanian holiday
We have just booked a mother and daughter trip to Bucharest to see Dracula's castle. To say we're excited is an understatement, and this was achieved with a lot of help from Steve. From flights, transfers, hotel and of course the trips. For two women traveling on their own, this just makes things a whole lot easier. A lot of questions asked and answered to make sure we have everything we want from this trip.
Yes I would recommend this company

Feels very odd to book a holiday via wattsapp. I still feel a little uneasy about it. Having said that, Chris has been polite and answered questions fairly quickly. The booking all seems quite simple, he did send me the wrong holiday and got my name wrong a couple of times, but no doubt dealing with lots of people at the same time. It concerned me slightly that things won't go to plan.
