Feels very odd to book a holiday via wattsapp. I still feel a little uneasy about it. Having said that, Chris has been polite and answered questions fairly quickly. The booking all seems quite simple, he did send me the wrong holiday and got my name wrong a couple of times, but no doubt dealing with lots of people at the same time. It concerned me slightly that things won't go to plan.
.. time will tell.
So far, I would recommend them and use them again

Amanda was an excellent communicator, but she has since left. Isaac although very nice is not as good. Although he responded to my first email I’m still awaiting a response from the 17th June ( now 25th and still waiting) . I understand he’s busy, but still frustrating

I organised a trip to Prague with childhood friends through TravelMe360 and it was fabulous, this was all down to the excellent customer service from Chris. Fantastic support with affordable prices.
The support advice and information supplied by Zac was fantastic, trying to meet our needs whilst keeping the price of the trip affordable.

This was my first time over booking a holiday online as heard lots of not so good things. Always went to travel agents to have face to face and put my at ease. I contacted your company last night and stay away I respond which thought was great. So I proceeded with imath whom guided me all the way to get a great deal on my holiday. I was so impressed with him I had a couple IT issues and he sorted them straight away with quick reply. He guided me all the way and made it so easy for. I know no need to go back to travel agents. Trip to Bucharest
I’d enquired about a trip to Bucharest to see Dracula’s Castle and Transylvania as my wife was keen to go for her birthday.
Zac answered my queries and we tweaked a 3 day trip to a 4 day trip. Zac was very accommodating and helpful throughout and I’d have no problem recommending TravelMe360.
