Imtiaz surveyed the house we hope to purchase. He did a very thorough job. He called me during the evening of the inspection to discuss the main points that he found and then the full survey was available online within two days. The document itself included quite a few good quality photos.

Imtiaz from Trent Bridge Surveyors was really good. He came on time and called before to say when he'd be here. He checked my house carefully for my Help to Buy loan. I'm very happy with what he did.

Imtiaz was allocated for my home buyer level 2 survey , he produced a detailed report for a very reasonable fee compared to other quotes I had received (approx 30% less).

Although I wasnt expecting any major issues with the property, he did note a couple of potential future issues which gave me a heads up when purchasing the property.
