Got an email to say original booking cancelled. As yet no refund (3weeks) Re-booked. Arrived heathrow and 2 different companies waiting to take car.
No one ever answers phones..or emails
Guess u get what u pay for

They cancelled my airport parking due to “technical error” no attempt to re-instate as the price had gone up to replace the booking. Still awaiting refund for monies paid.
Beyond awful!

I got a phone call 1 week before i was due to use car park that my booking was being cancelled and i would get a refund.

All Trinqoo positive reviews on here are not Genuine and FAKE . I have been trying to resolve fixing the damage caused by them since 2 months and their customer service is horrible . If you want to END UP HAVING A DAMAGED CAR , book with them .

I had made the biggest mistake and booked the car park for the day before. Totally my fault but was told you will be a no show and he hung up . No chance to re book etc

Excellent price for cruise parking, crystal clear instructions, prompt pick up for both departure and return, safe parking site that is easy to find, both drivers exceptionally helpful with luggage - what's not to like!
Will certainly use them again when we sail from Southampton. Thank you.

I'd booked 6 months in advance to book a place for a family of 5. I arrive 6 months later to park my car, to unveil that Trinqoo had severed commercial ties with the car park provider. Trinqoo should have informed me and reconnected me with another provider. In response I was informed by Trinqoo that this was a "human error", they hadn't refunded me either - therefore at point of departure I'd already paid Trinqoo and a new provider (which I needed to find last minute).

Consider other companies. I read the reviews and chose a more expensive company with better reviews. The day before flying out I was "diverted" to the cheapest supplier, with most of the bad reviews. They pocketed the £40 difference in the 2 suppliers and their phone just rings out so don't even bother contacting them.

They were very efficient. The taxi arrived to take us to the port as we arrived at the car park. When we got back, again as soon as we telephoned them the taxi arrived to take us back to our car. My only complaint is that the car park is difficult to get too. When we were leaving we had to queue in heavy commuter traffic. If you use this service I would suggest you wait until at least 9am before leaving your ship. The traffic should be clear by then

Paid over £85 for parking near Southampton port and have just received a parking charge notice for £80!!! Have tried ringing at 5.45pm but won’t answer the phone! Don’t use this company. Does not appear to be reputable

Not easy to find as there's a few multi storey car parks . Good pickup and on return ,was waiting for us and a very polite driver who helped with cases in and out .

We had to wait 45 mins for transfer.by the time mini bus came 6 more people were waiting - we had to wait for a taxi to come as only 6 seats in minibus.
The car park was not clearly marked and no road name visible.

Terrible company to deal with, transfer never turned up due to heavy traffic so had to walk an hour in torrential rain to make it to the port. No refund, partial refund or any compensation offered, just an excuse of 'out of our control' and that the parking is what you pay for and the shuttle is complimentary.
Also lack of communication when you get to the car park.

Advise is to pay £10 or £20 extra and Park nearer the port!

Excellent easy to park safe parking space and transfer to cruise ship was a breeze would use again 👌

The whole process was very smooth, upon arriving at the car park. We received a telephone call from the driver who stated he would be with us in a few minutes. He then took us directly to the cruise terminal which was a 10 minute drive. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you.

Parking our car was easy and the Taxi to the terminal to start our cruise was efficient. On our return trip we were waiting for over half an hour with no apology from the driver. We didn’t find his manner very courteous.
