Do not use this company - you Will loose your money
Booked a meet and greet at Heathrow and noone came to meet us. Very stressful when you have a flight booked. Have attempted contacting them through email, phone and webchat. No response. I am so surprised that people are saying they had good experiences as I am not convinced the company even exist. Do not use them - they took my money, provided no service and now won't respond. Their failure ended up costing us a fortune as we then had to pay a company that were there to park for us! Disaster - avoid using them!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Had a call at 7.30pm, prior to day of scheduled booking from Heathrow Car Park Valet, to say that Trinqoo had not paid them, so they were not accepting any cars booked through them. I have since emailed Trinqoo and called the helpline to try and get a refund for booking and they have not responded and are so far proving impossible to reach (3 weeks later).
Terrible.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We had a really terrible experience. When we arrived to terminal 5 at Heathrow we had to wait for just over thirty minutes for them to take our car. Upon our return, it was even worse. Despite giving them ample notice (as in the moment our plane landed and again once we had our luggage), we waited for one hour before our car was returned to us. The car arrived absolutely covered in bird poo (all over the windows and windscreen).
It is just not worth it. We would have been out of the airport way quicker if we had just parked at Heathrow long stay. Their selling point is meant to be that it is quick and convenient. It rather delayed us AND we still had to pay £ 7.50 when dropping it off and picking it up for the drivers to bring it to us.
When our car arrived and I complained to the driver, he said he’d only picked up our car six minutes ago… even thought we had been waiting an hour. No due diligence or care for their customers. Stay away!!

Used this service before my recent flight from Gatwick. It helped me find affordable meet-and-greet parking. I booked online, got instant confirmation, and everything went smoothly at the airport.
Bad experience
First of all, the driver had a very strong and hard to understand accent. On arrival, I called him 30 minutes before I arrived at Heathrow. Then when I arrived, I called him again and he took another 45 minutes to arrive(He kept saying 10 more minutes). He cost me a whole 1 hour ticket and I was almost late for check in. I called him multiple times in the mean time and he did not pick up. He told me to leave my key on the tire near the driver for him to pick up. I asked other company's and they said this was unsafe practice. After I arrived back into the country (27/04/25), I called him 30 minutes before I even took my baggage. He was extremely late again, he kept saying 10 more minutes over and over again. I kept calling him and he took very long to pick up / never picked up. They are not honest with their timing, they promise you "10 more minutes" and apologise then take 40 more minutes. It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid!
Contacting Trinquoo by phone is impossible but they do respond to emails really quickly. However, the company they then give your booking to are shocking. We rang, as asked, when we landed, them again when we had our luggage. Arrived at level 4 about 15 minutes later to no car so we rang to be told that it was on its way - it wasn’t - the car is tracked and proceeded to not move for 30 mins before finally turning up 45 minutes later. Avoid at all costs - they lie and use the most foul language. Not the end to a holiday that I wanted! If they’d just told the truth, there wouldn’t have been a problem.

Used this company to pre book my parking at Heathrow. Through this company Lion parking took our car and would not return until we paid cash for the same amount. Very rude and intimidating and wanted to drive us to cash machine to get money. In end done bank transfer. Daughter not so lucky after paying for her car return told car blocking her in then lost keys so after 6 hours after we landed they had to drive her home to get spare key. If I were this company I’d be careful who I use for parking Trinqoo have refunded my parking but won’t be using again until the look at who is representing their company.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
My partner and I booked a car from this company when we travelled to the States on December 19th and returned on December 30th.
We were running a little late in getting to Heathrow on the 19th so we called to let them know. The person who answered the phone was rude and told my partner that we would need to pay the driver an extra £10 for being a little late! When we arrived at the airport it wasn't clear to us where we were to be met. We had to make several calls to get a clear pickup location.
When we arrived back at Heathrow on
the 30th of December we called to let the company know that we were collecting our bags and asked for the
car to be brought back to the airport. The person who answered the phone was very unpleasant and yelled down the phone at my partner that he should have called before we collected our luggage.
He said that we should go to level two to get the car.
But that didn't seem right. So we called again and we were then told to go to the ground floor.....where the busses arrive?! We knew that that
couldn't be right so we called yet again only to get the answering
service. The driver eventually called
us and told us to go to 'meet and
greet' on level 4 When the car finally
arrived it was filthy and covered in
birds mess!! The driver told us that the car had been outside and found it funny that it was returned in such a
terrible state. Both my partner and I
were FURIOUS! The bottom line is
that we will NEVER use this company
again. And recommend that no one else does either.

I had an extremely disappointing and alarming experience with TRINQOO LTD, and I do not recommend their services to anyone.
During my holiday from March 21 to April 20, 2024, I left my vehicle in their care at Heathrow Terminal 4 Short Stay Parking. Upon my return, I discovered multiple issues that raise serious concerns about their trustworthiness and professionalism:
Unauthorized Usage of My Vehicle
I found evidence that my car was driven without my permission on two separate occasions, as confirmed by ULEZ charge notices dated March 22 and April 16, 2024. This is a severe breach of trust and completely unacceptable.
Damage to My Vehicle
My car had new scratches that were not present when I handed it over. The person who returned my vehicle admitted to these damages but simply advised me to report them to the head office.
Tampering with Vehicle Security Systems
To make matters worse, the memory card in my vehicle’s dashcam was replaced, and six months of recorded footage were deleted. This indicates an attempt to cover up any misuse of my vehicle.
Unresponsive and Unaccountable
Despite raising these issues with TRINQOO LTD, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution. I have reported this to the Metropolitan Police and am pursuing legal action.
I urge others to avoid using TRINQOO LTD’s services. Leaving your vehicle with them could expose you to potential misuse, damages, and unethical practices.
Awful company to deal with avoid at all…
Awful company to deal with avoid at all costs!! Booked airport parking back in January for November to receive an email 2 weeks before the date of parking explaining that they had cancelled my booking due to technical issues I have tried to contact Trinqoo on multiple occasions and the phone is just constantly ringing have still not been able to get my money back and had to rebook with another company.
Parking cancelled no refund given
Booked parking through Trinqoo and received confirmation. Then received email saying parking had been cancelled and they would refund me within 5 days. Tried to call but no reply. Emailed but no response. It's now 5 weeks later and I have had no refund. Parking company I was supposed to have been booked with have no record of my booking. Trinqoo seem to have been acting fraudulently. Still can't get hold of anyone there by phone or email. Don't use this company.
One star because you can't give a zero…
One star because you can't give a zero ! Booked cruise parking in September to have it cancelled by Trinqoo in October. The email said a full refund will take 7-9 days, which is now a month ago. You get an automated response to emails, and to date, 187 attempts to call them have remained unanswered. Not a good look for any company.. Cheap but not a cheerful experience.
